Chris and his crew did a great job. Excellent communication and service. Pool and patio look brand new. The project was done in a quick and efficient manner. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool project.

Fast and efficient

I have burned by many pool companies but I was very happy to find Nationwide pool design Chris and his crew were great. It turned out beautifully and in not too long a time with minimum inconvenience. They doing our deck next we are excited to improve our backyard.

They re-plastered my pool, installed new lights in the pool. and replaced our pool heater. They cleaned up after doing the work. They were very professional, very polite, and very helpful. Our project went through without any problems and my pool looked like a new one when they were finished. Extremely pleased with the work and service.

Job was completed as scheduled and I’m very pleased with the results.

Mike goes above and beyond for his customers. He has been there every step of the way and always has time to answer our questions!

Zero job site supervision. You pay them and seem to be responsible to be job site foreman. When mistakes are made you are put last on the list. Zero respect for your home or property. Would have loved to say it went well but project is still not complete and not sure if they ever plan on finishing. I highly recommend going elsewhere. National Pool has zero room on this one and should be ashamed of lack of respect towards peoples hard-earned money.

Do not use this company unless you have months to complete work and little if any communication from them. Work was never done on time and no notice of when it would be done unless we called them! Work was schedule to begin May 7th. was not began until May 9th no reason. A month passed until they came out again. (Equipment break downs was favorite excuse, lost a crew, everyone was sick for a week) Day when plaster was scheduled to be shot got call from owner saying we were to negotiate with sub contractor to have mosaics installed. We refused as mosaics, step targets were in contract to be free. He pulled crew from job. They came back 5 days later and completed work. If want a lot of excuses go ahead and hire them Good Luck

The pool in our new house needed to be resurfaced and the pump/filter housing needed to be replaced. I obtained three bids to do the work and Nationwide Pool Design was the only company that noted that the Aqualink controller would need to be upgraded so it could communicate with the new pump. We decided to go with Nationwide Pool Design and they did a great job. All the crews where on time and professional. Our new pool is beautiful! The work was completed in under two weeks with no issues. Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using Nationwide Pool Design for any swimming pool remodel project.

Fast response, efficient work, fast completion

Project included pool deck, plaster and tile. Overall a nice job, the pool looks great.

Nationwide Pool really does make old pools look new again. Our ~25 year old pool was badly in need for a new surface. We also decided to remove the wall between the pool and spa. The end result is AWESOME! Removing the wall really opens up the pool and makes it appear bigger and much more functional. The new surface makes the pool look new again. Steve was great and answered all our questions (we had a lot). The job was finished on time but was delayed a bit due to weather and trying to schedule different crews to do their part. A year later we are very, very happy with the results. It was expensive but worth every penny!

The crew was very efficient and worked non-stop in the sweltering heat to get my pool done. They did an outstanding job cleaning up behind themselves and the only evidence that they were here is an awesome pool to enjoy for many years to come. The value was phenomenal compared to the other bids I received.

Quick service for this time of the year.

The company was able to start our project within a week of our request for the work. The salesman, Jon Winn was a complete professional and I would highly recommend him. The workers arrived on time, completed the work per schedule and left the work area as clean as it was before they started. We are very happy with the new finish on our older pool and look know who to call if we ever need work again.
