The Price I was quoted was half of the price I was charged at the end, because this was a homeowners insurance claim Dow, the owner, expected to receive the entire amount of the check issued to us, even though he did not complete the all the work our insurance paid for. He was very sketchy when we asked what the labor would be to instal the flooring. I finally asked for a number before any work was started. He quoted us $5,100, and is now billing us for $9,700. Not Trustworthy
