Michel's Appliance Repair

He did not resolve the issue with my appliance, and he is not willing to come back to fix the issue, he is not itemizing the bill and not giving me refund. Revised on 1/23/19: He has refunded only partial payment after HomeAdvisor contacted him but he is refusing to fix the issue.

Repair technician was very pleasant & professional!!

He did not do anything to confirm his diagnosis. I had already taken the dishwasher apart and ruled out a clog. He should have removed it from the cabinet and tested the part witha a current meter. his price to change out the part was 4xs more than the retail price of the part. And the part just plugs into the back of the dishwasher.

Baltazar looked over the entire dryer before addressing the issue I called for. He pointed out items that may become an issue in the future. He repaired the dryer quickly. Baltazar also lubed up some rollers and cleaned out the area below the dryer. Baltazar was very courteous and nice to do business with.

I have a Whirlpool clothes dryer that stopped working in the middle of a load. It is about 6 or 7 years old and never had a problem with it except now. Baltazar was quick and on time with his assessment, thermostat hi limit cut off and thermo fuse for $190.00 Not sure if I paid too much to get it fix, but he got it done in no time and even gave me a year parts warranty with 6months labor as well. Two thumbs up.

Came out the same day which was greatly appreciated. Baltazar previously got the items I needed fixed so that was really nice and made the job able to get completed as quickly as possible. He was very polite and professional. Highly recommend!
