I hired them to repair a clothes dryer, My issue is the dryer he replaced did not work, still not drying clothes. My communication with him has been zero, no answer, and no call backs. I would like him to either come out and fix or give me my money back so I can purchase a new dryer.

still broke. as soon as he left, the agitator still does not spin. He did not run it through a complete cycle when he finished. If he had he would have seen that the agitator was still not moving at regular speed and that the tub does not spin. Will try to work to have him fix it. The $65.00 we paid was wasted and could have gone towards the repair,

"The washer drum was stuck, and I was able to fix it. As I clearly explained to your husband, if it happened again, it was going to be an expensive part, and I provided a price estimate for the part. He said he was going to think about it. In addition, as I previously explained, I would have liked for you to be there when I went over the diagnostics with your husband so both of you could have agreed on the best solution. My main goal at the end of the day is for my customers to be happy and satisfied with the service provided."

Baltazar did a great job of diagnosing the problem the gas dryer (bad motor). He provided me with choices to (1) repair or (2) replace with a used dryer at a very reasonable price. We chose to replace, which he was able to deliver and install the next day. Vary fair and reasonable service!! I will look to use him again in the future!
