Technician was honest, upfront and professional. I had damage to my freezer that occurred during a move. Damage repair was not worth the price...recommended getting a new freezer. Wasn't after the quick buck but was thinking like he was the customer and what he would expect.

On time and honest excellent work

We hired him to fix our ice maker. He melted the accumulated ice with a hair dryer and said that is all he could do. So our problem is still not fixed. Cost us $75 for this.
