Purchased a new gas range on Sept 2 and was told it would take 5-7 days to be in the warehouse for delivery, so we should schedule the delivery for the 10th. Received a phone call from the contracted delivery person the night before stating that the delivery would be the next day between 2-4pm. Waited at the house for 3 hours and finally called the delivery company and was told the item was never picked up that morning because Lowes did not have it at the warehouse and they should have called me. I went back to Lowe's and asked for a manager and was greeted by someone young enough to be one of my high school students, who didn't have a logical answer for me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be putting thousands of dollars into my new home and none of it will be going to Lowe's. I immediately went down the road to their competitor HD and purchased a new stove, which is where I will be going from now on.
