Dave and ryan both did a great job... they did the job in under an hour, carpet looks new again, haven't had carpet cleaned in over 13 yrs... I'm happy with the way things turned out...

David and his son are very professional. They respond fast, communicated well, and arrived right on time on the day of the consult and appointment. David is very knowledgeable and recommended a lot of methods and products to keep and maintain the sealant he applied. During the actual sealant process he would stop and allow me to check his work in real time. Before he left he double checked that our floors and counters were sealed and dried. Would recommend to anyone looking to seal their floors or counters. I felt like I received very high quality work at a reasonable price.

They were very professional, went above what we asked for, called to let us know would be a couple of minutes late rather than just not call. They did a great job and then some!

Mr. Kennedy responded quickly to my phone message and offered a quote. I thought it a little high but he could start quickly. He and his son arrived when he said he would and immediately went to work. Some six plus hours he was still hard at work. What I didn't know was that previous owners had applied floor wax to the porous stone and it was difficult to remove. Mr. Kennedy stuck to it. He did more than I expected. In the end, I paid him more than we had agreed. He earned it.

It's been my experience that most companies do exactly what you ask and nothing more. David Kennedy and Ryan did what I asked and more offering their services at a very reasonable price. They were on time with their estimate and returned two days later to do the work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
