It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. It was very minor, it was quite adequate. It's probably a good buy. The product used to replace the faucet was not exactly deluxe but it was adequate and it's just fine. The guy was fine. He discovery that the city had water leaked out on the street so for that alone, I give the guy an A. We called the city and they had to come out and do some kind of repair of theirs which is a very good catch by this guy. It was very timely and he got the job job.

I had an appointment with this company.  I even called the day before to reconfirm.  But the day of my appointment they did not show.  They didn't even call to offer an excuse. And they then did not return my call when I telephoned to ask what was happening.  So if you want your job done, and want it done by a reliable plumber, CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

it went well -  he had a heck of a time unplugging the drain but he kept at it and was able to do it - and the installation of the new fill spout made all the difference in the world - good job.

Kyle arrived as scheduled - evaluated the problem and replaced the very, very old faucet with a new one in short order.  He was professional, prompt and courteous.  He also took time to explain where the water line was going and coming from. Will definitely use this company again.

I end up sending more money than what we thought I was gonna have to spend because they found some other things. They were prompt. They set up an appointment within 2 or 3 days. I wasn't dissatisfied with the service I just end up spending more money than what I thought. The guy that came out did a good work. He was punctual. He took a lot longer to do the thing on the water heater because he didn't have the parts that he needed and he had to run a go get them.

My Tech, Kyle, came out at the scheduled time, performed replacement of two outside valves (I supplied) and worked on a bathroom faucet.  He was personable, knowledgeable and experienced.  Kyle was able to handle all tasks with efficiency and professionalism.  He needed a couple of parts that were not on hand but I was able to get what he needed.  I had no problems and have no reservations about recommending JTIP.

Jump 2 It Plumbing made short work of our faucet problem. Blane was prompt and professional, taking care to keep the area clean as he did the work. Very satisfied with the pricing and the attention to detail. Would definitely use their services again.

Made the appointment about 4 days in advance. A plumber was scheduled to come out on 2/11/13 between 12-2 for my repair. This was ona 2 hour professional service for $99 Angie's Big Deal. On 2/11/2013 at about 1:50 I received a call from the office that the plumber wasrunning a little late as he was  delayed at another job but would be there soon. At 4:30 I had not heard any more from anyone so I called the office and had to leave a message on the answering machine about 15 minutes later the woman in the office called back and said she didn't know when the plumber would be here but if I didn't want to wait any longer (now 3 hours late for a 2 hour appt he could come tomorrow. My response was what time, 8-10 was the answer. I agreed and indicated I was not happy with their punctuality so far and that if they were not here by10, I would be contacting Angie's list for a refund. She apologized and we agreed on the second appoint for this service. on 2/12/13 at 9:30 she called to tell me they were short a tech. but  if I would  agree she could have the ownerof the company come out todo the work. Of course, my response was what time, answer about 12 and I will call when he is on the way. I reluctantly agreed.  At 12:30 she called and said he was on his way. At 1:40 he arrived. These people clearly do not care about  time schedules.
Then the repair of the overflow, appears to be satisfactory. I had planned on using the remaining  time on my big deal to have bathroom sink faucets changed (I had already purchased the faucets), I knew that time might only allow for 1 or 2.  When I mentioned this to the plumber he looked under one sink and told me I have an older type shut off valve and if they broke or did not function after his repair he would not be responsible.He said the shut off valves . should be replaced. I asked the cost and was told approx $900 for the 3 sinks. Which I thought was very costly. So I decided not to have him change the faucets but just remove the kitchen RO. He kept telling us that the valves in the bathroom sink scould go at any time. I am sure they should to be replaced but it felt like a scare tactic to make more money. Would not use this company again and I don't think I would buy Angie's Big Deals again without a lot of research. .I admit I did not read the reviews on this company before purchasing because I thought Angie only offered Big Deals on highly rated companies and I see many of the same issues Ihad in other reviews for this company.

not much to tell - I should have covered the anti flowback (whatever)  valve on the outdoor watering system - it froze, broke, and I had them replace it.  I have never seen a system like this back in South Dakota and he explained the overall plumbing system to me and that helped me out a lot.  I will use them again.

Technician originally quoted about $100.00 more than big deal amount of $99.00 for two hours labor.  Said that he did not know that the appointment was related to the big deal.  Then agreed to honor the big deal amount. Must have included round trip travel time in the two hours.  Not convinced that all recommended additional work was necessary.  Total combined fees paid appear to be full price for all parts and labor including round trip travel time.  Work performed was satisfactory.  Will not use this service provider again. Recommended other products and services.  Prices for those items seemed extremely high.  (Whole house water filter system,labor to install used water softener.)

As you can see I never got any service from Jump 2 Plumbing.  The $29 service deal was no deal!  I called another plumber, paid another service call. He answered my call, fixed it and was very timely.  One of my New Year's resolutions is to discontinue my membership with Angie's List.  As a single senior female I need something more dependable then that....

I will honestly never purchase a coupon again because it is obviously a way for a vendor to get their foot in the door.  I want to believe that not everyone is as greedy as this company but it just left such a bad taste that I am wary to ever trust anyone again.

I called him to come out and he said he would be out the next day. He called my husband at 7:30 AM that day and said he was cancelling. He said some customers cancel on him, so he was just going to cancel on us first. So, I didn't get the work done. He also told us when we did speak that it would cost us a lot more than what we had already paid for the deal.

Service performed was good, but did not like when repairmen tried to convenience me to replace toilet connections to wall on all toilets, where there was no problem.
