Quick and easy fix. Great service, I would hire them again

What else can I say ? I love that there service technician knew what he was doing.made me feel at ease because I had just buried my sister and I was working with limited funds. Well it that being said they are great people to call.

This company provides excellent service and they were the first to respond to my request for service of the three companies Home Advisor provided. My only issue was the expense for the refrigerant added to my system. Less than a gallon of refrigerant for $200 seems a bit expensive.

I needed help turning on a water heater over a weekend after a gas outage in the area and the local gas company Southwest Gas was ,of course, closed over the weekend. the hawthorne plumbing rep Ian was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough and honest. There was no extra charge for weekend service, and did not try to overcharge me for any unnecessary repairs or new unit even on an old heater. I was very satisfied and would use them again for any further needs.

Hawthorne came out and looked at my 15 year old AC and gave me several options while explaining everything very clearly. He did not pressure me in any way to buy a new unit, but he told me all of the possible thing that may happen. I had two other companies come out and each pressured me to spend money on cleanings and services that the Hawthorne technician said would be a waste. The other two companies also quoted me at 700 more than Hawthorne. So I committed to Hawthorne and the Technician told me they were having a sale on the ac units so I even saved 400 more. They could have kept their original quote and pocketed the 400, but instead they passed the savings along to me. Excellent, trustworthy, and quick.

When I explained that my husband was on oxygen, they made a real effort to come as early as possible (the HVAC manager actually arrived BEFORE 7am) Shane was honest and upfront about what was needed. I had my house cooling down before 9:30 am after my initial 4:00am sign in on Home Advisor. I would recommend them to ANYONE

Showed up at 3 AM to diagnose, but due to scheduling confusion, not until Noon to begin replacement Stayed until 1 AM the next day in a 140 degree attic. Very impressive/

The entire process was very professional and stress free. The technicians, Ivan and Jake, were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The area where the repair was done is all rock with a river rock stream running through it. When they were done it looked like not a rock was ever moved. Excellent job. I recommend Hawthorne Plumbing to all.

The repair was done in one visit. Repair man was very professional and completed the job quickly and cleaned up. Price was right They had all the material needed for the job. We have them on file should the need arise for service in the future.

They came right out within an hour of talking to the representative on the phone. Ivan was very knowledgeable and even though I later found out he had hurt his foot earlier in the day finished the job with a pleasant attitude. Lucky for us it wasn't having to replace the whole water main, it could have been a lot worse. Thanks Ivan! Hope your foot is okay.

The repair guys are on time and very professional and worked so neat. And they are friendly as well, and the guy who installed the water softener actually came this afternoon to test the water in the kitchen faucet if it is safe to drink...Overall everything is great. Hopefully the water is really potable to consume...

Very prompt both with telephone service and technician service. Sandy called me back within an hour of my request and she scheduled someone to come service our clogged plumbing line that very morning. Brian Palombo, the technician was extremely prompt, courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions and explained the answers clearly. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Brian P. with Hawthorne was early for the appointment. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He answered all of my questions and even though his quote was higher than I thought it would be I was comfortable the job would be done correctly and it was. Brian showed great attention to details and worked very efficiently. He took care of all the permits and made sure his work met all codes. I had hot water by the end of the day and am confident if there are any problems in the future Hawthorne will take care of them. Peace of mind is worth a little extra cost.
