Cost of replacing electric water heater is way above average of the normal distribution curve shown on your site. Actually, the tenant is the one who hire them. Permit as required by city was applied 48 hours after the work when I requested for it.

Quakity work, professional and courteous.

The repairman's name was Ivan and he was very professional and did an outstanding job. If I had to come up with anything that was a little negative it was the price of the work. I understand that I need to pay a premium to have a plumber come out and do the work but it was a little bit on the pricey side. I will probably use them again but I will also probably wait for a couple more estimates. There is also a slight problem that has to do with the company making their repairman try to sell a service contract which I can't afford.

The worker (Brian) was professional and did good work. I have no complaints.

They did quality work however I felt gouged afterwards. They charged me $1,500 for 20 minutes of work because they said they used a special leak detector machine even though they told me it only cost $200 so I guess it was $1,300 for 20 minutes of actual work. I must be honest and say they informed me that they would charge me a flat rate but $1,300 for 20 minutes just seems a bit much. Would never call them again

Showed up promptly and did the job. If you have a lot of money and don't mind making a significant charitable contribution to a plumbing company, these folks are for you!

Quick response from these guys. They had a guy come over immediately and he took care of our problems. Great job.

They called me back fast and the tech(Bryce) came out early next morning and completed the job quickly and at a reasonable cost and even gave me a free house inspection. I would certainly use them again.

These folks were abolutely wonderful to work with. Their estimate came in at less than half of the other company, the staff was pleasant and professional and the work is flawless. I couldn't be happier. Will use them again!

Dispatcher was prompt and courteous. Service technician was very professional, and very patient in answering my questions as to his procedures in replacing my water pipe.

These guys were quick and professional. When something went wrong they were great with their customer service and more than made up for any issues.

jeremy came out to give me an estimate. he just gave me a verbal estimate. another guy acually did the work. there was some confustion on what the electriction was supposed to do that he didn't do so the job took longer and cost a little more than originally thought. but they did a very good job and were on time and cleaned up. they even fixed some of what the electrition forgot. debbie b.

They should have a zero. Showed up late for the estimate appointment without calling. Had to call them and ask when they would arrive. Never called back with estimate when I was told they would get me the estimate in 1-2 days. Would not recommend!!!!!!

Excellent service! I had a ceiling pipe break late on a Saturday evening and they were able to respond quickly and fix the pipe before it could cause major damage. The technician was first rate, polite, and professional.

They came out about 2 hours after I called, but it was New Year's Day and 6 pm. They did not charge me a service fee and partially fixed the problem. The next day the problem ( a busted water pipe ) was fixed for a reasonable $175. Sean the plumber was very nice and professional. Will definitely use Hawthorne again.
