I bought a condo where wall coverings were mirrors. Two guys came in, removed he huge floor to ceiling mirrors using big suction cups (interesting to watch) from two large walls, took them away - quickly and efficiently.  Couldn't have asked for better service.

They were 1 of 4 glass companies I contacted to give us a quote on a frameless glass shower door. Rich and Tony came out and overall they were the 2 least expensive of the 4 and the most knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us the quote, I called them back a few weeks later to officially hire them, they were back out taking final measurements a day later, and the job was done within a week after that and it looks amazing!
Rich and Tony were knowledgeable and friendly, they had some good suggestions that we hadn't thought of, and so far (about 5 months later) everything still looks and works fantastic. Everything's tight, nothing leaks, and the glass coating they offer makes the doors very easy to clean (most of the time we just squeegee the doors and they come out spotless).
My wife and I were very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

The provider gave 2 options to install the custom glass. Pros and cons of both options. We agreed on the best options and price for the full service, including sealant on the glass to keep it cleaner longer. They started and completed the job on time, and in a professional manner. I would recommend and use this company again in the future. So far so good, everything is holding up well with the installed product.

We had three companies come out to bid the job. There was a $40 difference in the lowest quote and the one we actually chose, which was full custom glass. We appreciated their being on time and professionalism and decided that was well worth the $40 extra. Once we accepted the bid, we called and they came out to get a check for 1/2 the total for a deposit and they ordered the glass. In 4 business days, they called and were ready to install the glass. They arrived a bit early for the installation and did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend them again.

We liked this guys a lot. They came and drew an outline of what they would do and gave us a price right on the spot. They offered us several options, ie. clips versus channels, special coating on the glass and once we received our two other bids we really felt they stood out. Their price was very competitive and they vision of what they would create for us was very clear. We highly recommend them.

I needed a custom glass shower enclosure for my bathroom remodel. I called 3 different companies from Angies List for quotes. All 3 companies responded quickly and came out to my house within a day for the quotes. Rich and Tony, the owners of FCG, ended up having the best price (by several hundred dollars) so I decided to use them.
Rich and Tony made final measurements and ordered the glass on August 17th. My general contractor was leaving town on August 26th so I needed the glass installed within a week. Rich and Tony ended up installing on the 26th. It took them 2 or 3 hours. They did a nice job and the glass enclosure looks and works great. Even though the shower enclosure is minimalistic (no top brace bars) it feels very sturdy. FCG was on time and got the job done as promised.
My only issue with FCG is responsiveness. Sometimes it was difficult contacting Rich or Tony. My contractor brought this to their attention and they explained that they do all the installation work themselves, and many times they are too busy to respond immediately to all phone calls. That was a minor issue for us as they eventually did return all our calls.

I recommend Full Custom Glass and would use them in the future.

They did a good job. However they were a little slow on responding. They came and took the measurements and we put the order in. They were supposed to come on a Monday and they didn't come so I called them on Tuesday. They said it would be the following week. It was about 3 weeks before they finally came. They did a good job and their prices were good because we'd had glass replaced before. The first time they came the punctuality was great. We would use them again.

They were very nice. Their price was right. When I called them to get the windows replaced, they were all over the map. They did a great job. I was very happy with them. The young man I talked to on the phone was the one who came out and did the work. It was done well. He did a good job and the price was good. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

I called on a Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon the work was done. They gave me an estimate first on the phone based on my description and the final bill was as advertised. They were on time, professional, and friendly!

Initially, everything was going well. Tony was the only contractor to follow-up the next day after giving quote. (2 others eventually called back, but it was over 1 week or more!) He met with my wife to go over the details of trim etc, took measurements and then called in about a week when it was ready to install. We had to postpone installation due to the contractors building the shower having delays. Tony was cool and patient to hold the glass until we were finally ready for installation a few weeks later. Finally, it was time for install and everything seemed to go well until it was in. It wobbled when opening and closing the door which also does not open and close very smoothly, and the door "clacks" when it closes (which may be 'normal'). I told him that was a problem and he said he'd see what he could do. He told me that we'd have to put a bar across to the wall which would negatively affect the whole look of the shower. After talking to my wife, we realized that it was just not acceptable. If we'd known that the design would have a problem of wobbling (though he said it wouldn't fall - "It's not going anywhere") we would have considered different design options. It never came up until after install. I called him and said it was a problem. He said he'd call back, but never did. I had to be the one to continue following up. After the holidays, I got him again and he said he hadn't forgotten about me and would look into it. It's been over a week since that phone call and no call back. Unfortunately, I paid in full. I have the receipt, but now feel like we are stuck with this shower. I'm no expert, but I know that has to be something stronger to support it without wobbling and without having to put in a cross bar. In addition, we also discovered that the door leaks at the bottom support bracket. I haven't told him about that yet, but assumed I could tell him when he called. Still waiting. If they call back and rectify this problem, then I'll gladly amend this report. Until then, I can't recommend them and also remember to NEVER NEVER NEVER pay until COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the work. That was probably my biggest mistake. Considering their previous ratings, I'm surprised at how we are now being ignored. FOLLOW-UP: (March 1, 2011) Yes, Rich and his partner did come by to see what they could do. We discussed the options available with the current design and I concur with most of what Rich states in his response below. It is true that we designed the shower with a minimalist approach. However, what is missing is that during the design discussion, these issues of wobble and even clack (which is not JUST when we let the door go) were not included. The support bar remedy was offered AFTER the install. Plus, the bar would significantly detract from the overall design and my wife was dead set against it. I'm not sure that the shower could have been done any other way as it was designed. It is beautiful and they do provide high quality work. However, if I had known about the wobble potential, I would have wanted to explore other options. Another issue that came up was that they took a very long time to respond to me. I felt like I was being ignored despite promises of returned calls. In all fairness, the install occurred around the Holidays (Nov/Dec) and they seemed to have some phone issues. I also did not feel like that they heard or understood my concerns nor my ideas for possible solutions. Perhaps in the future, when a customer offers ideas, take a minute to SHOW him or her how or why it might not work, is unavailable, or if it is a reasonable idea to review the options. It is possible that with available materials that these flaws are the best that can be hoped for with a large heavy glass door and panels that don't reach to the ceiling. Perhaps to eliminate the wobble at least some kind of sturdy and rigid support bar would need to be custom made. I don't know since it's not my area of expertise. Overall, I can recommend Full Custom Glass for shower installs with suggestions. As a customer, be sure to ask questions such as "With this design, what are the potential flaws or problems that we might have?" And don't pay in full until completely satisfied (give a week to live with it, perhaps, or a day or two). For Rich and Tom, I would suggest to call back when you say you will. If a customer has an issue, listen to the concerns and explain and/or show exactly how you attempted to address them. For example, you said you would look into the other ideas such as silicon tabs to reduce the clack (or why that wouldn't work), and whether or not there was a more rigid and sturdy cross bar that would eliminate wobble. If a design has a potential flaw, bring that to the conversation. These steps could have gone a long way to avoiding the poor review and our experience of dissatisfaction.
Response from Full Custom Glass LLC
"My name is Rich and I'm the installer. I would like to paint a breif picture of the members bathroom. This job caught me by surprise when I walked in, the bathroom has been very richfully redone pulling both the shower, and tub out the house originally came with. The tile chosen for the remodel went floor to cieling and is stunningly laid to perfection. I instantly wanted to give them that finishing touch. I also wanted a picture when done. So the measurements are 115" wide by 80" in height. That is a very very large span to cover and be fully supported without wobble. I designed it very minimal and as sturdy as possible with a 36" door that wieghs in @ 110 pounds. These were the requirements givin to me by the member. I must say that if this shower was done by the other companies it would have failed due to how the member explained their proposed installation. The wobble spoke of is maybe a 1/2" total when the door is opening and closing. As stated above by the member I explained to them that they would need a support bar to curb this issue. How ever they didn't want to comprimise. Also the "clack" the member is talking about is when the door is let go by the member and allowed to shut with force against a clear plastic strick used on all my shower enclosures. Frameless showers are of elegance and simplicity. The member would achieve the same result with any shower, especially one with a magnet. I am frustrated that I couldn't please the member, and I expressed that when I went back to the members house."

The original work order didn't go as planned as the company they order the glass from had changed their hours and they couldn't order what they needed. Still it was done within a reasonable time and Rich did a great job. Our bathroom is now complete and looks fantastic.

The price they quoted was the second best price I got after calling more than 10 different companies over the phone (estimates went as high as $500+!). In this economy, you could try your luck and see if they will price match if they are not the lowest. These guys had some great reviews on Angie's List, so decided to go with them. They came within an hour of my call and the glass top was installed about 6-7 days later. It would have been 4 days had they not had some family emergency which delayed the installation from a Friday to a Monday. Not a big deal. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with their service and I have referred them to my neighbors who loved my glass top.

The initial call was answered same day placed. Technician came to the house for measurements and estimate that same day. After accepting a very reasonable estimate the order was placed from my house. Glass was received within 2 days and installation took place the day the glass was received. Job completed in about an hour. Professional looking job, with no mess or cleanup to follow up with. A few squirts of Windex and the window was totally ready to go. Great job. Very quick response for both the estimate and installation. Excellent cleanup. Very polite throughout. Would use again and definitely recommend to anyone else needing glass work done.

Richard and his partner arrived promptly, they assessed the situation and made suggestions. The opening was measured and they returned on my next day off work to install the new door. They cleaned up when they were finished. I appreciated that they explained about the quality of the new hardware that they used. Everything went smoothly. I thought the price was extremely fair, I had gotten other estimates. All in all, a very professional job. Kudos to Full Custom Glass. You won't be sorry if you hire them for your job.

We called three companies from Angie's list. Two of them gave us a bid over the phone. Full Custom Glass came out and looked at our door, to determine what type of glass we needed. They did the job for less than half the price of the other two bids. They showed up on time both for the bid and to do the job. They got it done in no time and charged what they said they would. Good job guys. Thanks.

We contacted them while calling several contractors for pricing comparisons on Saturday, asked them to come for a bid on Monday, they came Tuesday morning, and the shelves were installed by Friday afternoon! They listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions, and when they were installed, they looked even better than I had imagined them. These guys were quick and competent, and I would happily use them again!
