easy to work with

I had three different companies come by to give an estimate for a brand new furnace and air con. TNA cost me $900 less than another company using the exact same model and $2,000 less than a company using similar products. Ordinarily I hold a bit of skepticism at such a low bid. Would TNA skimp on the install or cut corners somehow or upsell me or not do all the recommended leak tests, for example? No, that never happened. The owner, Tom, was very accessible, fielding my calls and emails quickly, and going over some different options with me so I could make up my mind armed with enough info. He patiently answered all my questions and did so in a respectful manner that even a layman such as myself could understand. Tom sent over Tim, a friendly and knowledgeable installer, who has years of experience in the industry. If this was baseball, Tim would be the workhorse out of the bullpen - never complaining about the heat, the cramped attic, or busy workload. All he does is get the job done right with a cheerful attitude. You can usually tell when workers or business owners are going through the motions and are just there for a paycheck or whether they take a true interest in doing their job well. These guys really want happy customers. When I find a good mechanic I can trust to work on my car, I tend to keep him for future repairs. However, when you replace an HVAC system it's hit or miss since they last well over a decade. That's why I was very careful about who I chose for the job because once the system is in place, it's in for good. I don't often sing praises or sling criticism at any business unless I'm either extremely happy or disappointed with the results. TNA did a tremendous job with my HVAC system and I highly recommend them. Forget that their prices are reasonable and competitive...more importantly, they do the job right.

Tom the owner worked with me to find the best cost unit for my home. Tim the gentleman who installed was an expert had the job done in a few hours. I now have a new system that works great. Thanks guys I would recommend you anytime.
