I am pleased with the work that was performed. However, I have yet to receive the filters that I was promised. I have contacted 5 or 6 times and I am getting the run around. They have not returned any of my calls.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They are terrific. They've been out here 3 times and they are great. We have an annual service contract with them. They have coupons so we end up spending less. They are an amazing company. We will absolutely continue using them. We are totally about them because they are a terrific company.

The technician was very professional. He was helpful and knew his job. After his evaluation he told me that my capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. He stated that he did not have the correct capacitor (80mfd + 10mfd) for my unit. He proceeded to call his office and they recommended that he use 2 40's mfd + 10 mfd. It worked, my A/C is running perfectly. I have had no problem since he fix it. I don't know the average cost to replace a capacitor or to add freon to a A/C unit, but the amount I paid seems a little high. The Capacitor was $223.83 with discount and the freon with discount was $140.39. The total bill was $360.22 with the diagnostic fee and Angie's list discount.

Service tech was very knowledgeable. Gave good advice. Took a picture of the switch that needed replacement to show me. Was able to give me an approximate quote on possibly replacing unit. Worked efficiently. I would recommend this company to others.

My service rep was David C. he was prompt and courteous. He performed the tune up checks on my 3 units as expected and notified me that one of the units had a dual run capacitor that was supposed to be running at 45 but was running at 40. He he said a 5% or more difference in the rated value means the capacitor was going to fail soon and needed to be replaced. He quoted me $165.16 for the part and proceded to replace it. After calling around to 3 other companies and asking about the price of this replacement part Aire Serv is by far the lowest with other companies wanting $220-$250 for the part.

Not only were they fast and efficient, they explained everything in detail. Why my AC stopped working and gave me multiple options to fix it. Took my Angie's list coupon and still gave me a discount when I said I still couldn't afford it. Very friendly and professional. Would use again in a heartbeat!!!!

Service was great, called on Friday and they were out on Monday am to fix my unit. Adam made sure I understood what was wrong, explained it very clearly and was very helpful. He suggested a few things that needed to be fixed and then showed me exactly what those items were. The pricing was set from a price list he had so there was no making it up on the fly or adding extra, I saw on paper exactly what it cost and that was what I was charged.
Will be using them to come back and fix the repairs. Great service and very pricing was reasonable.

I called AIRE SERV on a Sunday, August 4, 2013. Adam was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked the thermostat
and then went in the attic where he found that the power switch went bad. At my permission, he bypassed it and the AC was working
again properly.

When Jeremy, the owner, says "satisfaction guaranteed" he actually means it. And in our case he went to extraordinary lengths to prove it. We originally had a condenser similar to our vandalized unit installed. However, ninety-plus days later when the temperature began soaring past 110° we discovered the replacement couldn't maintain our preferred setting. Jeremy cheerfully agreed to remove this condenser and replace it with a new, more efficient complete AC system. Much to our surprise, he gave us full credit for the original unit despite our having had it for more than three months. And, as if that weren't largesse enough, he gave us a 10% senior discount to boot! It likely goes without saying that we give Aire Serv our highest recommendation.

I have written two other reviews concerning my repairs with Air Serv. The leak was not fixed the last two times but to Air Serv's credit when I called to let them know Jeremy did the right thing and sent another tech out to solve the mystery leak. This tech found the leak within a few minutes. Luckily it was just a few inches into the ground and easy to get to. That said, this was the third time that the coolant had to be added because the leak was not found the other times. I waited a few weeks to be sure the leak was truly fixed. I am confident it is now properly fixed.
I cannot say enough about the service Jeremy gave me. Sure it was upsetting to keep having the air conditioner stop working, but with each phone call I made to Jeremy he was determined to give the best possible service. It is not always easy to fix a leak, and it was very costly for the company as they covered all the additional repairs. I believe this company has the highest integrity and stands by its name. I can only say that if you are not happy with the service it is important to contact the company to let them know. You may be surprised at how positive it could turn out.

My experience with them was very good. The staff seemed very knowledgeable. They were also very personable and answered my questions. I don't know the market, I haven't shopped around. I would guess that their price is reasonable.
