Service technician called to advise me of time of arrival. He arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do, explained in detail the problems he found and performed the tune up quickly and expertly. Good communications about what to expect and what to do if I had future problems. I wish every home service experience was as good as this one. Highly recommended!

The job went excellent. He contacted me prior to coming out to discuss what my expectations were I did choose to upgrade to an insulated door I did tell him I was unsure about the springs are the rollers but they have been looked at a few months ago and was told it was fine, but due to the damage to the door it may need to be replaced. I had done a lot of research and new exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay for the upgrade for an insulated door. He did suggest replacing the spring it was very rusted, so I did that upgrade as well overall I got the garage door I wanted and needed better than what I had and for about 500 less that I received from other companies quotes

I contacted this business as i was having garage door issues. David contacted me the same day and gave me a quote. 3 days later, my door actually broke at 5am when my husband was leaving for work. I called David, thinking I would get a voicemail and he answered at 5.20am. He said he could be at my house at 9am. He showed up at 8.30am and took a look at the door. He explained in detail, what was wrong, and what he could do for me. I opted for the new door and springs... and got a great price. He came back 2 hrs later and installed my new door. I would highly recommend this company,. David is awesome and even gave me some tips on maintaining this going forward myself. AAA +++ thank you David. you rock.

I called Empire Garage Door after getting a quote from another highly rated company on Angie's List. Empire was able to beat their price by over $400. Same door, same springs, same hardware just much cheaper. David, the owner, did the work himself and was excellent. He did clean efficient work and even fixed a few things the guy who installed the opener failed to do or did incorrectly. Really appreciated how quickly he was able to get the work done. When I go on Angie's list I usually look for companies with a lot of reviews, the more positive the better right? In this case, calling the company that did not have as many reviews but what they did have were all positive really paid off. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician (David) was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Door was replaced utilizing existing track and new springs. Door works flawlessly, is of high quality, and the job was completed the same day I ordered through Angie's list! I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We have two units and one was not working well. David from Empire advised only one unit needed to be replaced. It was 16 years old. He had a few different ones to choose from and installed the one I picked in less than an hour. Appreciated his honesty. Would definitely call him when my other unit needs replacement.
