HOA required everyone with a backyard fence to have it painted by Design Works Custom Painting, Inc. Home owners were not permitted to find thier painters and/or get pricing. Cost estimate was $529.00. I was required to ensure all plants and schrubs were trimmed so as not to touch the fence. In addition, I was required to remove an adjoining dog fence. The painters did a fair job, but they failed to replace the plastic covers for the fence posts, as specified in my agreement with the HOA representative. I sent an email requesting the fence posts, but received no response. i then received another invoice which included a late fee of $26.45.
