I gave my phone to have it fixed. When I got it back, I noticed there was some pages open. One was my photos, he was in my personal pictures, the one album I had locked was open, and according to the details, a few pictures of me where shared. I don't know who they were sent to. Another page was his reviews on google, he gave himself a 5-star review using my email account. This place is shady, and I recommend using another place. i am freaked out, and will never go here again.

This is one of the most incompetent companies Ive ever dealt with. They specialize in iPhone repairs so I guess I threw them a curve ball with an android phone. They went about fixing my phone totally wrong which even a novice like myself could tell. After a month and several visits back, they could not fix it. Its ok that they couldnt fix it but the way the business is ran is absurd. I would call them for an update and they would say "ok we will call you back" this happened seriously 10 times and they never once called me back! I went back a couple of times to pick it up because they said it was fixed, guess what it never was. Finally they said they couldn't fix it. They are supposed to be sending me a 50 rebate because they couldn't fix it and I'm sure I'll have to call back several times to tell them to send it again, oh well I'll probably never use it.
