I went with their best product , nanoparticle film , and very glad I did it. I came in on early Saturday morning and since they had opening they scheduled me in right away. Two hrs. later car was ready. Job was done on my new F350 and after inspecting every corner I could not locate a single mistake. Their name says it all "Luxury Window Tinting". It is my first time using this kind of tint, (nanoparticle) and I was blown away by temperature difference inside my truck the following day when I got in it. It is worth every single penny.
If you are somebody that appreciates great product I would suggest to look no further.
Now 2nd part : Customer service
You think their tint work is great, wait till you see their customer service. By far you will not encounter anything like this in Vegas unless inside of high end strip casinos. Dave knows how to run a business and we should all take a class from him. Jessica was super nice and helpful. They have very relaxing waiting room , super clean, large tv, comfy couch , stocked with water and small chips.
They both went out of their way to make my experience with DC Auto "The Best Ever".
Again , they are the best at what they do and if you care about your car this is a place for you.
The reason we went back there is because they took care of us the first time we went there. They have a professional staff, and work with us. The first time they had to do the vehicle about 5 times but we went back to them because they gave us a good deal.
eMailed a couple of times to make sure they had templates for my car (its a new body style) and then scheduled an appointment for April 25. I dropped off the car in the AM, and they gave me a ride back to the office (just 2 miles away).
I chose the 30% Ceramic tint (wanted heat reduction more than loss of light). The car was ready in a few hours, and they even came to pick me up !
Upon pickup and inspection, the tint was done well, no and quot;seam linesand quot; in the back window, and so far, no bubbles or dirt found. They explained their and quot;no faultand quot; warranty (so even if I did find an issue, in the future, would be no charge to redo a window).
As we start to hit our 100+ degree days in Vegas, the tint helps a lot .. so the tint is working just as advertised.
Only reason for a and quot;Band quot; on price, is that I booked with a 10% off window tinting (they advertised on FaceBook), and then didn't seem to know anything about their social media advertising or discounts when I arrived.
At the recommendation of a friend, I selected DC Auto to install window tint on my Honda Accord Coupe. I read about their products on their website and called the morning of inquiring about an appointment. They allowed me to bring the car right in. The sales rep explained their various products to me, demonstrated each on their and quot;heat walland quot;. I selected premium nano-technology tint. After about two hours the technician visited with me about one area he was having difficulty (large curved rear window) and asked for a little more time. The original sales rep returned and inspected the job and had the technician's redo the back window. While we waited for the window to be redone, they promptly gave us a ride to grab lunch, and since we had been there for 3 hours they purchased my lunch. Overall, I waited a solid fours hours, but I appreciated the extra time to do the job right.
The waiting room is pleasant as well as their conference room, both equiped with large TVs with Direct TV. Free WIFI for is available which helped pass time for daughter that was with me. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. All of the staff members were pleasant.
I believe it is important to keep in mind that while some of their pricing seems high, be sure you understand what other tint stores offer and how it compares to the products offered by DC Auto. Also keep in mind DC Auto provides a No-Fault Warranty!
