Quality craftsmanship and professionalism from beginning to end. My kitchen may be small, but the service I received from Victor, Gina, and the crew was first class. Victor really knows his trade, offered very helpful suggestions, and was easy to work with. He and Gina went above and beyond by helping me with a new sink, suggesting a top-notch plumber, and making countertop modifications to fit my new appliances. I love my new granite kitchen countertops, and will not hesitate to call on Victor and Gina again when I redo the master bathroom. It's rare to find quality service at very reasonable prices. The project went very well.  They knew we were under severe availability constraints and so went out of their way to accommodate us.  The service from start to finish was fantastic and the final result is absolutely gorgeous.  Would recommend them without reservation based upon our experience.

This was a huge job and required a lot of planning in addition to expertise. We were extremely happy with both. Victor spent a great deal of time planning the project and helped us purchase the tile at contractor prices, saving a lot of money. When the project got started, he and his crew were there on time every day and worked their tails off for several weeks to build the project right. Victor was there in person every day to supervise, although his crew needed little supervision. As a result, there were few misunderstandings, all of which Victor took care of promptly. Not only was the work done in a very professional manner, it proved to be very artistic. We had to keep people out of the house because everyone now wants to imitate us!

Very pleased with their work. These folks were, friendly, polite, and professional. We had one problem when apparently a crew member took a case of water from us. We don't know whether it was stolen or just mistakenly packed up at the end of the job. In any event, when we told the owner about it, he drove back to us late that evening to give us another case of water. He showed up with the water and asked whether we would rather have the water or cash to pay for what had been taken. We could not ask for a more fair and prompt response. As for the work, our countertops look (and still look a year later) beautiful. CGM invited us to the fabrication shop and advised and showed us how to layout the different cuts so as to highlight the patterns of the stone. This was an important and valuable service. Another very valuable service provided was that CGM traveled to the stoneyard in Anaheim CA to pick up and deliver our slabs. I do not recall precisely what they charged for the service, but it was a very low price compared to what the yard would have charged us for shipping. The final cost of the job was exactly in line with the estimate.

After Victor picked up the stone and returned from Anaheim, he invited us to his workshop to see the stone slabs. He worked with us as we three brainstormed to find a way to find the optimal places to cut the stone and to connect the pieces so that the colors and the movement would flow nicely from one slab to the adjacent one. Victor even went beyond and made sure that veins would connect whenever possible. He also arranged the cutting so that we would have the largest and most usable leftover pieces possible. It was very complicated to juggle these objectives and make them all work, but Victor made every effort to do this and he succeeded brilliantly.
With Victor's guidance, we were also able to have leftover pieces large enough to create a standard backsplash around the entire kitchen, a large backsplash behind the stove, a spice rack, and a countertop and backsplash for the laundry room sink. Thanks to Victor, we still even have stone left over for a coffee table or a pair of end tables!
Victor knew where all the spots were in the kitchen that would be problematic due to the shape of the kitchen. We had gone over all the potential issues with him extensively, and he was meticulous about making every detail as good as it could be. The result was that there were absolutely no errors, and the overhang was smooth and uniform throughout. We could not have been happier with the results.
We are very fortunate to have found Victor. We would definitely use him for future endeavors.
