The plumber, Michael, was on time, prompt, courteous and totally professional. I will certainly use him for future plumbing needs. JZ

After we showed them what needed to be done and the gave us a quote that was twice as high then was mentioned earlier. They left stating they would be back in an hour they had to get some parts....it took them over two hours and two phone calls. They tore the wall apart and moved the pipe but they also moved the electrical outlet and it still needs to be moved again because it also causing a problem with the stoves position. The other reason is that when I called their main phone number I was told to leave a message and then was told the recorder was full. They where nice in person and the young lady on the phone but the cost for some one on a fixed retirement was to costly.

The plumber showed up two hours late. No call and no apology. When he did arrive he did not speak English very well. He spent more time trying to sell me on additional services than he did on the actual project. He removed the loose tiles and looked and felt all around, but could not find a leak. Then he suggested that it may have been the hardware on my tub and shower and recommended that it all be replaced. He left to get the parts and came back with top of the line mirror chrome Fixtures by Delta. While he was there he tried to sell me two new toilets, then suggested that I replace the entire tub, failing that he said he had a good man who could fix my tile and recommended that I replaces the all the tile in the tub/shower enclosure. Which is not going to happen. He did not seem to understand that I am a 76 year old retired person on a fixed income even after I told him in Spanish "no tengo mucho dinero". He spent about three and one half hours on the job which included thirty minutes deciding what to do, about an hour out getting parts, an hour and a half to do the actual job and another thirty minutes trying to explain what he had done. He was gone by one thirty and he billed me $880.00 for the work and then tacked on another $44.00 because I used a credit card. So now I'm left with a big hole in the tile of my tub enclosure waiting for the person he said he is going to have contact me about fixing it. If this tile guy is going to try and sell me on the entire tile replacement rather than just patching the hole. I think I will be looking for another person to do the job. Is there no one in the work force that speaks English anymore, someone who can comprehend what you are telling them? He could not even follow my directions for getting into our gated community. I'm sure he is a nice man and as much as I know about plumbing I have to assume he did a competent job installing the plumbing fixtures. But geez a thousand bucks for 31/2 hours of work and fixtures that were probably a lot fancier than I needed. I don't think so.

if you ever use this plumbing company ask for mike to be your tech he is honest and sincere in his quality of work he does

i thought i had to replace the water heater. I flushed the system and no help. They looked it over thoroughly and found a much cheaper solution as the area where the water flowed through was corroded. They replaced these items quickly, efficiently and very caringly. They were a blessing as they could have just charge me for a new unit. thanks guys :)

The plumber replaced three valves and a sprinkler vacuum pressure valve in a professional and timely manner.

1st I must say that I made my appt. through Homeadvisor and did not expect for Citywide to get to me until the next day. I made a call to Citywide to ask for a particular type of shut off for my leaking vanity sink. To my surprise I was asked if Mike could come over in a couple of hours. The stress of another night of dumping out a water filled bucket was gone. Mike the technician came in assessed the situation, wrote up the quote and in no time we came to an agreement of the work to be done. I decided I would like to have all my shut offs replaced with the angle stops so I wouldn't have to worry about stops that go awry with so much twisting and twisting off and on. He was back with the proper supplies and stayed until I was completely satisfied with all the work. He went above and beyond the scope of the work to insure I was satisfied with all that was being done. He worked tirelessly until the work was complete and I was satisfied. We are talking a job of 16 shut offs. As with all projects, things came up from previous work that had been done and Mike was able to resolve the problems and continue completing the work. I have finally found a plumber that I can trust to have work done professionally and at a fair price. I've worked with 6 different companies since 2011 and these are the best I've found. Thank you for putting my faith back in plumbers
