The companies we investigated were very similar in estimated cost! We chose CFS Nevada Solutions. The owner...Irosbe Mendez...was very conscientious, personable, respectful and he and his crew (Roberto and Manuel) were hard-working and did a fantastic job on our tile floors (cleaning and resealing the grout), cleaning the carpets and repairing bathroom shower tile! Irosbe even fixed floor tiles in front of the shower that were loose! It took them two days instead of one but the finished product was well worth the time they spent! Will definitely have them return in the future!

These guys were very timely, great communication via phone and email, and very polite. The work was completed and my floors looked great. The price was more than reasonable and they were avaiIable for me the very next day after my quote. I couldn't ask for better, I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you!!!

I was deeply concerned how anyone would be able to remove the deep scratches left by the Salvation Army who entered my home like animals to remove donated furniture. Irosbe Mendez worked his magic and my travertine looked better than it ever. I had just paid a huge sum to another company who did a terrible job of polishing my floor. I will only use Irosbe now. Price was right also.

Irosbe did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my granite counter tops. I appreciate all of the prep work to protect my wooden cabinets and wooden floors during the steaming process. I would definitely use this company again.

They were late to the scheduled appointment but he called and advise me. The day of the work took much longer than expected and he added in the steam cleaning of the shower area. When completed it was only $60 more than the quote but I was very pleased with the job and the excellent color match to the rustic orange grout. thank you for doing work

They tackled a terrible looking tile floor in a home that had been rented. It looked almost new when they were finished. On top of that, they were able to do it the same day we met them. We had them do some painting a couple days later and couldn't be happier with the work, professional preparation and clean up. This is a great company. We'll definitely keep them in our contacts for future.

I had a few cleaning companies give me quotes & this company came in the least expensive & really did a superb job. They had to spend longer than anticipated because of the amount of dirt on the ground with no extra charge. Very professional & a pleasure to deal with. I feel I have a new home! This is a small company & I always believe that anyone who works for themselves will give better service . Highly recommend.

AWESOME job! They did my tile grout and it looks like new! They cleaned my carpet (and I have a Saint Bernard and a cat) and it looks and smells fantastic again! They cleaned my throw rug and everyday recliner and they look and smell new. I highly recommend this company! Great price and awesome service!

mr mendez did i great job. repairing the shower and coloring the grout in my very large kitchen was done quickly and both the bathroom and kitchen look like new. his price was fair and i will have him clean the grout in my 3100 square foot home soon'
