Great service great price

Tile floors and grout look like new again and the carpeting not only looks clean - it smells clean and fresh! I also had three oriental type area carpets that were brought back to life - colors bright and clear and no shrinkage! All of this and a very reasonable price, too!!

WOW! I cannot Express my gratitude enough for the work Irosbe did to our porcelain tile. We were unfortunate with our installer whom left our home a wreck and left the grout dry on top of the tile. Incredible work done by him, we are extremely happy to have our home back. Thank you Irosbe!

The CFS Nevada Solutions crew were very professional. They came to a house I recently purchased and the previous owners did not take care of it. CFS came to my house and gave me a free estimate on the cost of the cleaning. The owner Irosbe Mendez was very courteous and explained they process that would be needed. My grout and tile was hideous and very neglected. I honestly wish I had before and after pictures. They showed up in a timely manner and got to work. About 3 1/2 hours later I was in awe. These guys scrubbed washed and scrubbed again until it was perfect. I will definitely hire them again. I need more work done to this house. THANK YOU CFS!!!!

I had no previous experience with cleaning ceramic tile floors. I asked if all the grout including the high traffic areas would look the same after cleaning, CFS assured me it would. It didn't. The high traffic areas are darker than the rest of the grout. They got the job, but the customer got the shaft.

As part of a home renovation project, the ceramic tile floors and carpets needed to be cleaned. After talking with 3 services, I decided to contract with CFS Solutions. Irosbe Mendez responded to my call immediately, scheduled an appointment, then followed up with a confirmation email. When he arrived to conduct an inspection, and provide a cost estimate, I was impressed with his high level of professionalism, his sincerity, his knowledge and honest assessment of what needed to be done. When he learned that new carpet was to be installed after the date we scheduled for the visit, he arranged to come the next day to complete work in the affected area so as not to harm the new carpet. Additionally, when he showed up for the second visit, he was extremely conscientious and ensured that we were totally pleased with his work prior to leaving. In terms of his work, the results were amazing! Both the carpets and tile looked brand new; the tile floor was regrouted with the perfect color; the laminate floor looked incredible. I highly recommend CFS Nevada Solutions and plan to continue using this company in the future. I was so impressed and pleased that I asked Irosbe for business cards so that I could share his services with friends in the area. We had black marks on our tile that we could not get out. He was determined to get it out and tried ssveral different solution and finally was able to get it out. Our tile cleaning turned out great and the cost was good for the work they put into it.

HARD WORKING, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE!

I didn't give 5 stars just because he arrived a little late, and since he was under the impression of just giving an estimate and not doing the job that day, he had to go and get a partner to help him which took more time. But! He did say he could do it that day, despite the miscommunication. Other than that the company would've gotten 5 stars. we were charged $1 per sq ft, so it came out to $300 for tile and grout. He said it would take about 3 hours, but from start of prep to end of moving furniture back into place, they were done in 2 and a half. His customer service was great and he wasn't just dillydallying around. The tile downstairs are clean just in time for baby! I would definitely hire again.

I can't say enough good things about Mr Mendez and his work. I had him hone, polish and seal a marble floor in my kitchen, small dining area and entrance way, a total of about 369 sq ft. He and his helper, Lewis arrived promptly at 9:30 am and worked non stop until 4 pm. Now my floors just glisten!! They wouldn't stop until the results were perfect. He took great care to protect my walls and furniture and cleaned everything up when he was finished. It was a pleasure seeing a man who enjoys his work and takes great pride in doing an excellent job. His estimate was the lowest received and the final bill was exactly what he had estimated. I'll definitely be seeing Mr Mendez in the future for all my floor and carpet services.
