Meeting Brian set our minds at ease because we realized that he was the person who had the experience, expertise, and integrity that we desired in dealing with a business that would replace the carpet and tile in our home with hardwood flooring. Brian was such a huge help in the selection process. His showroom could have been overwhelming to us but it was not due to his assistance. Brian really zeroed in on our needs and desires in the selection of the eucalyptus floor we chose.
Laurie, the office manager, was marvelous. She answered every question we had about the dates of the different demolition or installation phases. Also, when we purchased the EZ Glide surface protectors from them, she gave us great advice.
Every crewmember we had at the house, from the demolition, to installation of the flooring, and the baseboards were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and demonstrated incredible expertise. They always cleaned up after themselves and gave us a preview of what we could expect on the following day.
We love our new floor. It looks better than we had expected it would.
