We were very unhappy. They all came in the same price. We will never use them again.

They didn't damage any of my furniture, arrived on time, professional loading and unloading and wrapping and trucking. I would use them again in the future.

Packers mislabeled boxes ... still cannot find many needed items. Antiques and other family heirlooms badly scratched and/or damaged ... too late to put in a claim because items had to be in storage until claim deadline date.

Two trucks showed up as scheduled with one for our house and one for a storage facility where we had a number of items stored. The total crew included a truck driver and four others who all immediately got to work and efficiently and carefully moved our household goods into several storage containers. The driver made a careful inventory of every item that went into the trucks. The crew worked hard with each person having an assigned function (moving, packing, etc.) and with no loitering but with good coordination among the various crew members. They arrived at approximately 8 am, and completed the job at 1 pm. The actual cost was slightly below the estimate for this phase of the move which included packing the goods and putting them into storage until our new house is ready a few months from now. In addition the weight of our goods (which will determine the cost of the upcoming move across country) was right at the estimated weight. This will mean that the cost of the move to our new home will be very close to the estimate given by A-1's representative Kirk Heiman. I was initially a little concerned about the total weight estimate since two other moving companies had estimated a greater number, so I was pleased and a little relieved that Kirk's estimate was so good. Although our move is only partially complete (the move across country will take place a few months from now), this phase of the work went extremely well, and I was favorably impressed with the process and all of the staff involved.

Bekins A-1 Movers Inc were excellent. They moved us from Las Vegas to Sparks, Nevada. It was a small in-state move. They did a very good job and we were very happy with them. We have a lot of stuff, and their price was good.

Bekins Commercial Installations in my opinion were the best. They did a great job on our move and the guys who they sent out were wonderful. We actually sent out letters of recommendations on them. They did the move on time and had a large truck in which they had filled up with all our belongings. There was nothing broken or missing. In fact, they fixed an antique wash stand before they moved it. They were excellent. I just can't say enough about them.

Bekins Commercial Installations did an excellent job and everything went smoothly. We didn't have any of our stuff get broken. They were extra careful with everything. They gave us a bid in the beginning and stuck to it. I felt the price was very fair and we were satisfied. I didn't want to disclose the price.

Bekins Commercial Installations did a very good job with our move. They brought a humongous truck and managed to fit everything into the truck just right. They did an excellent packing job and we had no damage at all and we didn't have anything come up missing. We had no real hassles. We had a good experienced driver, and the only real problem we had was the sales man not understanding the size of truck we needed.

Bekins Commercial Installations were very reckless with our property. They broke several items of ours and they were 4 weeks late delivering our stuff. We had to stay in hotels with 4 children and it was a nightmare. They never reimbursed us for the damaged property.

Bekins Commercial Installations did a very good job of moving us. We didn't have any of our stuff broken. They were very careful, friendly, and they smiled and laughed a lot. They got our stuff packed up and unpacked very quickly.

Bekins Commercial Installations did an okay job moving my belongings in a timely manner. The workers seemed competent; however there were a few items that were missing. They did deduct the missing items from the cost of the move, although I don't recall what the price was.

The Bekins Movers did a real good job moving us from San Francisco to Las Vegas. There was a lot of furniture and it was transported quite a distance and they didn t damage anything. The only thing broken was some cups and that was in the transporting. They gave us a good estimate and there were no problems, considering the situation.
