I used the company’s services for personal paper shredding. Very helpful and courteous when I called for information and an appointment. On that day, the driver called me with a time, arrived timely and was very professional. Strongly recommend!

The gentleman at the company when I called was attentive, courteous, and patient. He explained their service, made an apptmt., and, immediately, emailed a proposal, which I read, signed, and returned. The truck arrived at my home on time....it was a clean truck, with a state of the art video screen, where I could view my documents being shredded, as these were being loaded into the hopper. The driver was clean-dressed, informative, polite, helpful, and went right to the task. Fourteen cartons of documents were shredded and it took less than a half hr., from time of arrival, to time of departure. I was impressed and quite satisfied. Someone, from Assured Document Destruction, called a few days later, to make sure that all went well with their service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, who wants to destroy their documents, paperwork, etc., and maintain the protection of their personal information, which might be in those documents. I would, definitely, use Assured Document Destruction again.

I am so impressed with this company. We first called to find out if we could bring our shredding to them and the lady on the phone was so gracious and helpful in providing information and giving great driving directions! Upon arrival, we rang the buzzer and a very customer-oriented, polite gentleman met us and helped bring the bags from our vehicle inside their establishment, and he transferred the contents from my trash bags into one of their secure containers for shredding that would happen that afternoon, per his information. The container filled up so he was able to calculate the cost based on that--and it was very reasonable. Admittedly, my need was strictly a "one time" shredding of home documents that I finally cleaned out after many years, but there were a lot of documents, in my view, so this was such a relief to rid myself of this burden and do it in such an easy way. More importantly, I felt safe and secure with this company. I'm quite sure that by next year, I'll complete another home document purge and will be ready for another "one time shredding." I will utilize this wonderful, professional company. I fully recommend them to others, especially if you have too many documents to take to a "free shred day" event, but enough to bring to the company itself and pay a reasonable fee. So thanks to everyone at Assured Document Destruction Inc., for this positive experience.

Costs would have far too prohibitive to have 200lbs of old tax records and checks shredded. Could not guarantee old payroll and employee records would be handled securely unless I paid an extra $75 to have it done at my location which is in a secure storage area. Would have had to sit and wait at the outside gate for them (in August?).

I used their services last year............they are always polite on the phone, driver is on time, calls ahead to let you know
he is on his way.......very courteous !!

I called and they instructed me to bring my documents to their office where they would put them in a locked bin until the end of the day, at which time they would be shredded. They also gave me the option of having them picked up and shredded on site but since I only had 2 bags of papers, I brought them in myself. Their office seemed safe and secure and I saw the locked bin where my papers were placed so I felt confident that my information would not be compromised.

They are very reasonable and very fast and they were there maybe 20 minutes. They were very good and fast and get rid of everything really fast. They were reliable. They got there when they were supposed to. They're really quick and got it done.
