Vinny was professional and a perfectionist. I cleared out the room before his arrival, and although Vinny was appreciative, he came prepared to work around the furniture. Everything was cleaned up and left to look way more professional that what I could have ever done on my own. I would definitely recommend Vinny's services.
Even though he had to work on a time limit as we had somewhere to go (he managed to get all the work done in time and it all looked great), Vinny offered to come back during the week to better explain to me how the AV Receiver works (it's my 1st receiver).
I couldn't have been happier with the work done by Vinny. Thanks Vinny, my surround system is surreal!
Power was transferred to a new wall receptacle behind the TV.
TV was mounted and cabling hid on customer supplied moulding.
The process was professionaly completed.
"Wow. All I can say is I let you down and I'm sorry. I truly wanted to do the job and I still do. I even put overage material from other jobs aside to save money on the repairs. I have not a single excuse. I feel terrible. This report is justified. Member, If the repairs have not already been made I would be happy to do it at cost for you. If the repairs have been made I will be happy to work on another project for you that is equal in value at cost. "I sincerely apologize for not ensuring that you had a 5 star experience. I made some serious scheduling errors during the few days we were scheduled. I do assume full responsibility for being late each time and I wish I could make it up to you. In response to how long it took running the HDMI cable from the TV down to the cabinet I was simply using caution as your wall unit and cabinets were in pristine condition. That was time well spent and at no additional cost to you. The direct TV box was hooked up prior to my arrival. You assured me it was working. Only later after tracing wires did I find out that it had not been working since the cabinets were installed. Again at no additional cost I made sure it was working before I left late evening. I do appreciate your hospitality and the amazing hamburger you and your husband so kindly fed me. I do not appreciate you saying that i was hungover. I don't even drink. As much as I agree with the importance of your review in comparison to all the others slander is not necessary or appreciated. I admit my wrong and beg the opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately I sustained a painful injury to my elbow the day before. The medicine prescribed to me was strong and caused me to over sleep. Again, I apologize.
