Very professional. Contractor was on time. He explained problem and fixed it on the spot. I would HIGHLY recommend All Around Heating & Cooling!!

This guy was so good, I was willing to introduce him to members of my club. They would then be able to refer their clients to him. (We all have clients who can use a check-up.) Too bad he is sooooo busy. I sure would have liked to have had him take on our team. At present, we have nobody to whom we can refer our clients who need a/c units or a/c service. Too bad; it is our loss. I have no hesitation in recommending Luis Jones to others.

I called because my a/c did not seem to be working as well as it did before plus it was making a faint noise from time to time, ended up talking to a guy named Luis and to set up a date to check it out. He was available to come the vary next day and showed up on time which i liked. After looking at my a/c he noticed a minor issue and explained what needed to be done and what to do in order to prevent this from happening again. A short while later he was done and the noise issue had stopped and my a/c is working great now. I honestly thought this issue would have been around 300 or more but came to 129.Overall Luis seems to be a vary nice guy who knows what hes talking about and i would recommend him to friends and family based on this visit!

He was a very nice, young guy and overall was pretty good. However, he found a freon leak that he did not think was a problem, but afterwards the leak did become a problem and it needed to be taken care of.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the faucet and its installation.However, I was left with a disconcerting thought: If the "Deal" price was $79.00; even at that price, I found it difficult to be charged $79.00 for a job that took about 6 minutes. That much money for a job that took only 6 minutes? I found it hard to swallow. Would I use this company again? I am uncertain.

Luis Jones of All Around came to my house today to perform an A/C tune-up that I purchased here at Angies. He maintained good communication prior to the visit, ensuring he could make the appointment window and that someone would be here. On arrival he was direct and straightforward, and provided an honest evaluation of my home's A/C system. Rather than waste my time and money performing unnecessary services, he told me exactly what was wrong, and that instead of needing a tune-up, the motor was starting to leak. Since I am renting, this would be covered by the owner, and I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Luis and his company to anyone needing Heating A/C or Plumbing services.

Luis arrived, evaluated the 2 a/c units. He showed me what he was was proposing to do, explained why it needed doing, and told me what was not needed and why. This was done before any work was started. I was pleased with the work. It was done quickly and efficiently. I would call Luis again.

He was prompt and replaced the faucet, he did what he said he was going to do. Very nice guy.

This was overall a very positive experience. I just moved into this home and knew that the previous occupants had not had the A/C serviced in the two years they lived in the home. I contacted Luis and was able to make an appointment on the day of my choice. He showed up on time and after examining my a/c determined that no work was required. Luis then spent some time with me discussing A/C, heating, and other maintenance issues around a home. I found him to be very helpful and informative.

He was very nice and very helpful. I was very happy with the work he did.

I returned home early from work to do some errands and discovered one of my air conditioning units had failed. The upper level of our 3800sf house was getting hot, as the outside temp was 110 degrees. I called All Around and Luis and his associated showed up in about an hour. He quickly determined that the fan motor had locked up and the condensor had subsequently failed, the unit needed to be replaced. He quoted me a very fair price for the new unit ($3200) and to replace the fan motor on our second unit (to prevent the same vent form occurring on unit #2). They left and returned in about 90 minutes with the replacements. It took them around 90 minutes for the installs and they were done. Luis is a true professional and very knowledgeable about his occupation. He provided a detailed invoice that helped considerably with my claim to my warranty company. He was nice enough to help me out by promising to come back later to retrieve the old unit after I made sure the warranty company did not need to inspect it. If he fails to show (which I highly doubt), I may have to edit this submission. Overall: OUTSTANDING SERVICE, I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use it again in the future.

I just wanted to have my a/c checked. A friend had already used this company after he found it on Angie's list. I called on 3 Jul asking if it was possible for the service check on 5 Jul. Luis was able to come over, showed up at the scheduled time and completed the check. The a/c was short on freon and Luis added it--the cost was included in the $49 fee. I would definitely recommend this company and will re-use them in the future.

I purchased the deal online and I asked him to come out. I called him for an appointment and he called me back. He said there were 2 things that I needed and it cost would be like $200 something. I keep seeing the $39 and $59 specials. With most of them if you have additional work done or purchase something, they take the service charges off your bill. He did not do that. I had to pay him the $49 and for a couple of parts that he said that I needed. I saw the newspapers and I see the coupons that I get in the mail and they say that the service charge will be included if you have to have any work done. So I was a little disappointed about that. I paid $210 plus the $49 that I paid when Angie had that on her special. His name is Louis Jones. He has 3 different companies. I called All Around Heating & Cooling, the other company was called J&L Construction. He said in the oil was leaking and that he replaced the capacitors. That’s what he did and he did that to 2 of them. I paid the $49 which was the service call and the $210 for the parts. I keeping seeing the offers for $49 or $ 59, and I see one or two of them on Angie’s List too, if you have any work done then the service charge is included. I could have probably used the other companies and it would not have cost me as much. I think she needs to follow up or you guys need to see that some of that stuff, like if that is a service call, it is included in the price. I felt that the $49 should have been included in what I paid. In Las Vegas, if it is a legitimate company they will include it in the price. We get a shopping lit with coupons in it in my mail. The last time I checked it said the service charge was included in the price, be it $39 or $ 59. This guy has been in business only for a couple of years, his father has one part of the business. And he is doing the air conditioner. In Las Vegas, we have a lot of fly by night businesses, if you need a service call or some parts then they are not around to do it. That’s why I took a membership with Angie’s List because I thought that the people who are going on with her are more legitimate and I was protecting myself. That’s the only compliant that I really have with him. I don’t know whether they were bad or not. That’s why they say you should be careful of who you get. A lot of times they say that you need a part but you actually don’t. I mean I don’t know that. I can’t take the chance in the 100 degree weather that my air conditioner will go out on me. When I am told that I need this part, I go and get it done. I guess a lot of businesses were down and the offers that came later, some of them were $39, $49 and $59 and they all said that the service charge was included. He was a young gentleman and I didn’t have a problem with him. He was very nice. It was just that it was not explained and I just assumed that the $49 would be included like some other companies do. Maybe I did not read the advertisement correctly. I am going by what he told me. He told me that I needed one but he gave me two capacitors. If I found another company on Angie’s List and if the service calls were included in the price, I would go with that company. I am not going to pay extra again. I know that Angie’s List has other air conditioning companies on their list, I would check around.

I needed some AC work done and found this company on Angie's List with a good rating that had a coupon for an AC tune up. I even cross checked it with the Better Business Bureau. An appointment was scheduled for the service after purchasing the coupon online. An hour before the appointment time I recieved a voice mail that his current job was running over and he couldn't make it until 6 or 7pm or he could reschedule. I immediately called and spoke to Luis and told him the AC unit that I had concerns over was now not working. He said that he could not make it out and that his next opening wasn't until Thurday (7-05-12). I explained the urgency and said I would have to find someone else to look at it. He appreared very unsympathetic I completely understand not working on July 4rth, but was extrememly irritated that the scheduled appointment time was not kept, nor the 6-7pm time that he'd left on my voicemail. Time is a valuable asset to me and I don't like it wasted. To me this screams unprofessional. This is my first experience with Angie's List and I already have a bad taste in my mouth for it. I will never use any of the coupons again for a service before it's performed. The savings really isn't worth it to me. One of the biggest draws to join was the reviews for me, which I really use as a deciding factor on businesses I choose to deal with. The reviews were good on this one though, so I hope my luck improves.

Their guy was honest and professional. I really appreciate his candor and advice.

They verified that everything was fine. He was very nice and polite, introduced himself and showed his ID.

They arrived on time after a phone call giving a eta. Very courteous and knowledgeable of their services. Went to work right away and performed their services in a timely matter. Replaced a part without a charge. Explained what they did so we could understand in lay terms. Would use this service provider again.

He was polite and friendly. We just bought the house and the sellers told us that the A/C's were good, but 16 years old. When he went removed the covers, there was grease on the motors. He had me come outside and look at them. He told me that the compressers were really in good shape and if we replaced the motors, we would not have to worry about the unit failing on us as it was a really good brand. After calling my husband and letting him talk to the technition, we decided to repair the units. I would gladly reccomend J&L construction and will be using them again in the future.

He was very professional and nice. I knew there were a lot of things that needed to be replaced, and he noticed this too. He will be back in a few days to fix most of this. He also flushed my water heater, and was very thorough with his inspection.

He was straight forward, polite, and showed me how to check my air conditioner next season. He showed me the one thing to check and said if it was fine, I didn't even need to call him. He also said if I had anymore work, even in plumbing, to get 3 or 4 estimates and he would beat it. He said he would beat it apples to apples, not with lesser work.

I found that the overall experience was positive.

Great! Talk about organized. Luis performed all services and when he didn't, he notified me of who was coming in. I was very comfortable with his plan of action and execution.

Luis seemed very knowledgeable. He told us what the tune-up of the a/c consisted of. He checked for debris around the unit and said our unit seems to be in very good shape. The house is only 4 years old, so that was expected. We had other questions concerning water softeners, and other plumbing related questions. He answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely consider using him again and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

i have used luis before for ac work and i really liked his honesty and prices so when it came time to remodel our restroom i called him again. I called other contractors to compare and he beat their prices and did an amazing job. Thank you luis.
