They were on time and did an excellent job. I had no complaints. I was completely satisfied. Everything is working completely well. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it in the time they said they were going to do it. I paid them half before, half after. The estimate they gave me was $100 off on a $1400 job. So, that was satisfactory as well. I couldn?t get in touch with them once or twice. The price was okay.

They were really good although I did not end up using them because I ended up handling it myself. They were professional and I would have used them if I needed them, for sure. They were very reasonable, cool and informative about what needed to be done. I think they were very punctual.

We did not use them because their price was high and only went down for only a couple of dollars. They were pretty responsive and professional.

The experience was positive. The whole deal was a little pricey, but, I mean, it was remediation, so it was bound to be. However, they did an outstanding job.

They performed mold remediation. Just understand what that all covers. Ask about testing. Price does not include build back after sheet rock is ripped out. Price seemed very high based on what little was removed.

I live in Las Vegas but the company I had the contact with was in Raleigh North Carolina. This must be a franchise chain. My mother-in-law's home was having some problems with mold. The gentleman that came out (sorry, can't remember his name) was VERY nice. After giving us the estimate, he also gave us a couple of lower-cost options (complete with instructions) that went a long way in solving our problem. Great guy

Had a water leak while I was out of town. I was able to get hold of
them and they were quick to respond and start the clean up process.
Very helpful in regards to scheduling and getting the remediation
complete.
I opted to go with a different company for the rebuild only due to my insurance coverage and warranties through my insurance that Advanced Pro was not able to match. The B for professionalism is because they couldn't seem to understand how my insurance could offer a better warranty then they offered and contested this more than needed.
I would recommend them if you have an emergency clean up.

The house we we've got our bid excepted for was flooded before we were able to do the inspection on it. The City of Henderson came and turned the water on - the meter was spinning - there was a leak in the house from one of the toilets - the house got flooded before our inspector came there there days later. In these three days of the flood (considering very warm outside temperatures) the majority of the house got infested with the mold. The bank people came in and merely cleaned it and covered as much damage as they could to sell the house as is ASAP. To make a long story short we've asked Remediation Pros to give us an estimate on the remediation and the reconstruction of the infected areas of the house (as it turned out later the molded area was more extensive than we thought) and the bank has agreed to take that amount off the price of the house.
The Remediation Pros came and did an excellent job getting rid of the mold. The house was left neat (as neat as it can be after the remediation) and the all-clear test came negative. So we were happy on that part.
After the remediation was done and the All-Clear test came negative I accidentally turned the water on at the street and the water started gushing from all those uncapped water lines. Not sure why the main shut off valve in the garage was not shut off. I immediately called Shawn (the principal of the company) and he sent his crew to dry the place (again!), which was very nice of them especially considering the accident has happened on Saturday. The office people were very professional and polite too. Overall I would recommend the company to anyone and would surely use their services in the future (hopefully I will not need to).

They were very nice and competent.The inspector was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues involved in water damage and mold remediation. Advanced Pro then contacted my insurance and dealt with them directly. Once my insuranace company sent someone to check within the drywall, they found no black mold and did not preceed with any futher mold remediation.

Advanced Pro was wonderful from every aspect. They were timely, polite, professional and performed the work as promised. I loved working with the office staff, the manager who came to do the estimate and the gentlemen who did the remediation. I would recommend this company, not just for mold remediation, but for the other services their company provides. This is serious stuff. I didn't take it lightly and neither did Advanced Pro.

The company, Advanced Pro, wanted to do remediation in a larger area of the house than asked for. Consequently, I got an estimate from another Las Vegas mold remediation company, who gave me the estimate I wanted for the area the appraiser noted.

"Advanced Pro received a call on December 18, 2010, to give a proposal for mold removal. The gentleman was getting his house refinanced and needed the mold removed. Upon arriving, we found the home to be built in the 1960's. In cases where the home is built before 1980, the law states that there must be an asbestos test before you can do any work or cut into any wall. Advanced Pro informed the client of this and he stated he did not want to pay for an asbestos test. Advanced Pro NEVER gave an estimate for any work because we can not legally perform any work until the asbestos test has been completed. We did a follow-up with the client and was informed that he was not going to test for asbestos, therefore there was nothing more we could do."

Advenced Pro did a wonderful job in a timely manner. We had just purchased a new home and needed the mold removal done quickly and correctly. Full remediation was done and we were very pleased with the outcome. Workers were polite and did the job in 3 days. Would definatley hire again.

The owner was very thorough with explaining things. They came in, did the job very quickly and thoroughly. They also cleaned up the damage as per their contract and did everything that they said they were going to do. I have used them as consultants and they were very forthcoming. The owner is a very nice and honest person. They are the only ones I would use in future.
