The lady that came was in and out. She really knew her stuff. I was very happy with the service. The only thing that I do not like is the service number that you have to call. It has a lot of automated responses that you have to go through, besides that I am overall pleased with them.

ADT provides good service. I really like the fact that they have a local company that comes and does any necessary repairs and that process is quite simple. They also respond to our false alarms quite quickly. We have been happy with their service.

We are still debating what plan we want to go with and deciding on whether or not to use them. We just want to make sure we get the best price that is out there. This company was not the cheapest but did offer a few other services other companies did not.

When we had it installed, they gave us attachments for future doors we had planned on buying and recently came out, and installed them cheaper for us than it would have been if we had not of bought the extra attachments when we first had the system installed. The alarm system allows me to receive three hundred dollars off of my homeowners insurance every year. Our dog set off the alarm once this year and they called immediately to let us know and turned it off once we knew we were okay.

We use a home insurance which lowers the cost of the installation. The work was done very well. They were on time and did not take a long item to complete the work either. I was overall very pleased with the service.

This national alarm company has provided excellent service for us for several years. We have never experienced a break in, although we have had 3 or 4 false alarms. One time the false alarm was due to a door sensor that fell off a patio door, probably because of the intense Vegas heat. In every other case, the false alarm was because of a motion sensor. We have disabled this sensor and would not install one again. Based on prior experience with a different alarm company, I would strongly recommend the glass break sensor. It resulted in the arrest of a would-be burglar who broke a glass to get into our mountain cabin.

The ADT sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He understood what was needed and did not attempt to sell unneeded products or services. The skilled alarm installer kept to the agreed upon starting and completion schedule. My ADT alarm system provides me with a high level of comfort that the strobe alarm light and very loud horn will alert the neighborhood and to mitigate any burglaries that penetrate the alarm system. ADT alarm monitors have telephoned immediately on rare occasions when we forgot to disarm the system before we opened our door. ADT Security provides an excellent service. Our experience was enhanced because we dealt directly with corporate sales and installation and not with authorized subcontractors.

We were happy with the installation. It only took about four hours and they installed pads and sensors for our front and back doors. They explained exactly how it works, and they call and ask how things are going every once in a while.

It was a pretty agreeable contract when I first signed up. I have a monthly bill of about $40.00 a month which is pretty affordable for the safe services they provide. They also gave me false alarm service at no extra cost. This simply means if my alarm would accidentally trigger, I will not get charged any thing more. I have triggered it a few times in the past and they were always very quick in their response time. They showed much concern for my safety. It is also reassuring to see them come by every couple of months to be sure my system is working properly.

ADT did a very good job of the installation, which our house was pre-wired for. They explained exactly how it worked and provide regular maintenance and check ups on the system. We've never had any false alarms.

ADT was not a very good company to hire and the reason being is that if your alarm goes off they are calling everyone on your list instead of the authorities. By the time they get through calling everyone the bad guys would be gone. Another thing I didn t like about this company was talking to an automated phone system. I didn t like talking to a machine, but for some reason we still continue to use them and I don't know why.

I did not feel that I was getting all I was paying for with ADT. They were supposed to be one of the bigger franchises around. They didn't even come very fast the last time my dog set off the alarm. I was very disappointed to here they did not provide service checks either. I had no choice but to switch companies.

ADT installed the security system at no charge to me, because I signed a service contract for two years. I only had to pay the $37 dollars per month for the service. They came out right away after we called and the system was active that same day. They explained everything to us in detail and gave us a number to call for any problems.

ADT was a very good company to hire for our security needs. They did what they were suppose to and we felt much safer with them watching over our home. I was not sure what their monthly price was, because my wife paid the bill. We have been using this company for quite a while now.

ADT did a good job connecting the alarm system. We have had no technical problems at all. We transferred our contract from Chicago to Las Vegas and they were easy to deal with. For the most part they make us feel safe. My only complaint was when the alarm goes off it takes them longer than I would like for them to respond, but they also call to check on us. We pay it by the year, which is approximately three hundred twenty dollars

ADT was a very good company. We felt much safer with them watching over us. We have been very happy with their service over the years. They have been very friendly and helpful to us when we have had to contact them.

I never really even use my alarm. Sometimes I even forget I have one. ADT actually came to my home to do this check and I didn't even know they were coming. I did not mind; I actually felt thankful. It showed me that they are aware of what is going on around my home and that makes me feel safe. I plan to keep them around until my contract is up then I will probably quit using them. I am not going to rehire them, not because I am unsatisfied, just because I can use the extra money every month.

ADT installed our system properly and we have had no problems with it or malfunction. The service guy was very helpful and showed me how to use the system and how to set it correctly. The system has worked fine and I really felt that they were a good company.

I am very happy with the service. I have used them for many years. They check it and maintain it and it is a very easy system to use. I would recommend ADT to other people that want to have a home alarm installed. I have had ADT for so many years that I do not remember the monthly cost. My wife pays it.

After installing the system, the technician went through a lesson, for us, so we understood how it worked, and what to do in case of false alarms. He was good at explaining things in terms we could understand. As it turns out, the lesson was unnecessary because we have not had any false alarms, or other problems. They also call us on occasion to check and see if everything is operating as it should.

ADT does a good job, though they're practically invisible to us. We haven't had any false alarms, nor have there been any repairs needed in our home. We're sure they're keeping us safe from their end.

I am very pleased with the system and the installation as well. Everything went very smoothly when the man installed it. He showed me how to deactivate the system if it were to go off for any unknown reason. He also explained to me the necessary steps that they would take as a company to keep me safe and free from intruders. I can say that I am confident and secure enough to keep them around for a while. The pricing is reasonable. I pay them a monthly fee to continue the service.

ADT Security installed my alarm system many years ago and we continue to have them monitor our system each month. The company has been very professional to deal with. On one occasions I had to call as a wire shorted out in the system and they were right out. On another occasion, I was testing the alarm system and I could not get the system to turn off so I called on my cell phone to speak with someone. The knowledgeable person on the phone walked me through the complete procedure and I got everything turned off. Recently I went out of town for a few weeks and contacted their office to inform them of my absence so they could contact my friend in an emergency. The customer service people are very nice to speak with and helpful on the phone. I will continue to use their service as they also have reasonable monthly rates.

ADT Security Service has done a great job of monitoring my alarm system. The one thing that I really like about them was that if you recommend their services to someone else they will give you a $100 rebate. I did take advantage of that as I had referred my brother. They do respond to our alarm within 60 seconds of it going off. I am very pleased with their service.
