The man arrived on time: -placed the ladder to our roof -after about 30 minutes he spoke with my husband about what repairs were need -we had titles in our garage and he said they were the correct size to replace 6 titles -back up on roof we heard a lot of hammering -he used his blower to blow all the leaves baseballs, soccer ball etc from the roof -he used his blower to get rid of all the STUFF that had fallen in our yard and side walks -he did a great job!! Jack was very thorough and even took pictures to show me of the work he was talking about. He repaired seals and six broken tiles. He also provided me with an estimate of additional work needed to be done. All in all, I'm satisfied with the purchase of the deal ($149) plus the additional tile replacement ($60).

Jack was very professional and thorough.  He removed tiles to check the felt under them.  Replaced one tile missing from the garage roof.  He was very punctual and gave us his quote to reroof/replace broken tiles.

He arrived on the scheduled time, and called prior to arrival. The work on the roof was done efficiently and included minor repairs and caulking of all vents. There were several loose cap tiles that were repaired and calked. Total time on site was 2.5 hours. The work area was clean and all residue was picked up and removed.

A&E Roofing responsive to emails and phone call to set up appointment for extimate, estimated given, scheduled repair all in a timely manner. Explanation given for the repairs that were needed. Keith and Jack were very professional and knowledgable.
Repair men arrived,pleasant (introduced themselves, efficient, and completed in timely manner (Job delayed 1 day due to rain. I was called to postpone, explanation given.  The actual repair men were very concientious, The patio was swept and was cleaner than before they began.

I spoke with told him to give me an estimate. He did, I told him to do the Job. He did on time and blued me the estimated amount.

Work was on time and started work right away. Work was finished in a short time. Worker was clean, polite and knowledgeable.

A & E has been servicing the neighborhood for 30 some years now. They are very reasonable priced as well; I cannot remember what it was right now. When coming to give me an estimate, my neighbor seen them and ended up using them as well. I am very happy and all went well.
