+ -1 moreThere analysis of the problem was that three boards in the machine were bad. I questioned this finding by their tech so we picked up the machine and just recently were able to get it evaluated by a factory tech and their analysis is that it needs a couple of adjustments and one computer board replacement at a total cost of $374. I don't feel A1 made a competent or honest assessment of the problem that the machine had.
Description of Work: Evaluated problem with sewing machine.
