this place is the absolute worst, first of all they go through groomers like people eat chocolate, you never get the same person twice. Then I had told Cindy (the owner) when I first started going there that my little dog had special needs and please don't put her on the slippery floor she needs to be on the carpet. After I left I had to come back in for a sec. and what did she do? She had her on the slippery floor. She said oh it would only be for a min. yet she did not put her on the carpet the entire I was there. I let that go fiqureing that she had just opened and was under stress. After a few times of taking them there we began to realize that the reason they came home so tired was because they were so stressed out and after their appt. it would take them two days to get back to normal. Then to make it worse they weren't cutting their nails, when I asked them about that Cindy (the owner) said oh come by anytime and we will do them. Well my question is if you can't do it when they are scheduled for their appt. then how can you do it when they aren't? Plus I would ask for the earliest appt. time to get them home early so they don't have to stay there all day. But even with a 8am appt. time I would not get them back until 1 or 2pm! Cindy is the rudest nastiest person I have ever met. One day I happened to pass by when she was looking at a new item she had just ordered for a customer, I said that's really nice I would love to have one of those, she told me in no uncertain terms that "YOU CAN ORDER IT YOURSELF!!" This is how she treats you even though you had been a loyal customer for a very long time. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR PERCIOUS BABIES A FAVOR "DON'T" TAKE THEM TO HER!!!

They are amazing. They take great care of your dog and do an amazing job. We have a golden doodle and we've gone through a lot of groomers, they cut his hair beautifully and never make him look like a poodle.

They are great. They are very good. They had a 10% coupon on their website. I liked their website; it was really good. It wasn't like a factory and they really care about the dogs. They don't put them in little cages or fenced up areas. They all get to kind of play while they are waiting for their haircuts. It was a nice atmosphere. Their prices were average; they were good.

They have a play area for the dogs until they get groomed. They don't cage them so it's nice for them to get play time with other dogs. They are straight A.
