The installation when very well. The installer was on time and the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Reached out to Mr. Antenna to get information as I was considering using them to install an OTA antenna on my home. Contacted them through their website asking them what antenna was used for their standard install and what antennas they have as upgrade options -- I like to research so I can make an informed decision. The response I got was just a brand but no specific model numbers. Mmm, okay. I respond asking for model numbers and get a response with a different brand and model number altogether, but just one with no additional information. As someone that values customer service, Mr. Antenna needs a serious refresher course. Guess I'll be looking for a competitor to handle my install.

Technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while answering our questions. He also made sure our Netflix service was available. It took a bit longer for that, but our fault, not his. Extra $15 was added to our bill for that extra time he had to spend. Cost included the basic installation of the outdoor antenna, and additional $20 per TV connected.

Very well done, highly recommend Mr. Antenna. If cable or internet goes out, it's nice to be able to view local channels.

Very well - provided a lot of additional information (re: cutting internet cost & improving signal) & very patient with all my questions. Made sure all the TV's were functioning correctly & scanned for channels. Explained in detail issues that might arise after a wind storm. No issues since installment, over 70 channels, clear reception, & saving lots of money per month by cancelling cable.

Karlo redid all the mounting and changed out the frayed cable. He arrived very late, but more than compensated by excellent work and additional, above-and-beyond advice. Showed me how to use many features on my remote and also showed me how to save $$ on my Cox cable account. Wish I'd gotten him out here ages ago. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

Karlo did a fabulous job. I was able to get an appointment the next day, he arrived right on time, explained every step along the way, made sure everything was working properly and showed me how to work it all and answered all of my questions. Great, technician was very professional and quite thorough. Checked all TVs and made sure everything was satisfactory and working properly.

Karlo did a great job, was very knowledgeable and took his time. Antenna was placed exactly where I wanted it. Had a low signal at one of the TV's initially, but that was resolved easily. Setup three TV's in no time at all, all three now have great HD signals. Very happy with how it turned out. Would definitely recommend Mr. Antenna (Karlo) if you want HD TV installed. Great job!

I have wanted to cut the cord for years. Today was my independence day. Today, Mr. Antenna took down my ugly Dish and replaced it with an HD antenna. The process for installing was quickly completed and three tv's now have numerous clear channels. You will get all the network channels, some spanish channels, and some odd channels. It even has a tv guide. Add playstation vue tv or sling, netflix, amazon prime, hulu, and hbo now. I think that will cover all you tv needs and you will save at least $100 a month. The customer service was outstanding and refreshing. Keep up the great work Mr. Antenna.

Carlos arrived on time.  After asking a few basic questions such as;
(where would I like the antenna mounted; did I have a preference on where he ran the coax cable; how many TV's did I want to hook up), he got started on the job.  He had to mount the antenna on the top part of the roof gable in order to get enough height for line-of-sight to the broadcast antennas.  He took the time to run the coax cable through the wall and into the attic to minimize visibility of the coax cable.  Once the antenna installation was complete, he verified that the signal strength on each of the tv connections was satisfactory, and then took the time to go through the TV setup menu and scan all the available channels so the system was ready to go.  At that point, he provided a demonstration of the available channels and verified that I was comfortable with the installation.  I am extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone.  He did not try to up-sell me on a more expensive antenna when the lower cost antenna model would do the job.
I am very picky about any work done on my house and must say he did a very thorough job and made sure he had cleaned up after himself.

Surveyed owner-suggested location for signal strength/found it to be deficient. Surveyed alternate rooftop locations for strongest signal. Installed new roof tile mount/mast for cell boooster antenna.

The final result is very good. He showed up on time too.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Installed antenna where needed and checked all the wiring and operation of TV's. Came on time and on schedule.

I was called twenty minutes ahead of time to let me know that the service person was on there way. When he arrived he inspected the outside of my house to determine the best place to have the antenna. He got my approval be installing the antenna, and also removed the satellite dish that I didn't need. Once completed, he made sure that I got reception in the five areas that I had a TV connection. He was through in an hours time.

Karlo arrived on time. He nstalled a smaller antenna than expected, and made sure it worked properly. To his date, no one has ever noticed that I have a roof top antenna. He used existing cables and he connected it to my Tivo. The great part about the antenna is I learned that 95 percent of what I watch is over the air stations, i.e. ABC, NCB, CBS, and PBS, not to mention the channels that are not on satellite, such as the P & J channel. 
The big difference between over the air and satellite is that over the air is free and has a better picture quality. With Roku and the antenna, I have a lot more content than I had with Dish and I am a lot happier. I was paying about 100 dollars a month with dish, now I am paying 7.99 for Netflix?s and about 7 for Hulu, and all my over the air stations are free. Therefore, just get an antenna and try it out, if you love it, great, if you don't, it?s a wonderful back up for when you cable or satellite goes out.  Also, don't bother buying a set top antenna, they are useless.
