We DO NOT provide services such as pool remodels (re-plaster, tile repair, pebble tech repair, decking). We do not work on above ground pools or spas. Assured Pool & Spa Service: We have been servicing the Las Vegas/Henderson area since 1983 and are family owned and operated. We provide monthly pool service and a wide variety of repairs and equipment installation.

Services we offer
Assured Pool & Spa offers a variety of services, including pool maintenance, all repairs, equipment installation, and much more! We are licensed, insured and maintain a technician license. We want to make sure that the customers we serve are not only taken care of, but also 100% satisfied. We understand that pools are an extension of your home and we take pride in the services we offer. We do charge a service fee however, that fee is waived if we complete the repair.
Services we don't offer
Pool Re-models - re-surface (plaster or pebble tech), tile, concrete and decking. Above ground pools (doughboy, vinyl liners). We cannot perform leak detection that requires testing the underground plumbing.

Having used a pool company for over 20 years, I have had four companies and Assured Pools are absolutely the BEST. Here are the reasons why compared to the others: 1. Personal Service - You feel like part of the family. 2. Quality Service - They are not a one person company but a family of many that are there to help you. 3. Availability - They are available when you need them. We needed to have our pool cleaned for pictures and for marketing reasons and they set it up and came out for free. 4. Repairs - My switch for the water features of my pool was on a remote X10 system.We did not know how to work it with the X10 system not working. They came out to explain it, and then to repair it and put a proper switch in to fix it. 5. Solutions - When you have an issue, they provide a solution. Ever get that pool person that gives you excuses and reasons instead of a solution? Here they give you a solution. They are the greatest pool company I have worked with in 20+ years. I will always recommend them and use them!

Assured was prompt and professional. The best part was they actually charged less than the quoted price. Our great technician explained that the broken mechanism was less expensive than they originally thought and so they passed the substantial savings along to us.

The tech arrived promptly. Walked the pool while touching and feeling all areas. We talked about an acid wash, chlorine bath and couple of small plaster issues (which is not part of their scope of work.) I was Elated when he told me that my pool was not in need of their services! Saving me hundreds! Complimented me on my tile cleaning job and told me I could begin filling it back up. So, the BEST customer service EVER just moved up to the GREATEST! Thanks Assured. I will be referring you to everyone.

We have used this company for over a year and by far, they have taken the best care of the pool. This is a rental property and as the owner, we don't get over to see the pool every week, but every time that we have checked the pool status it is absolutely amazingly clear and clean. BTW, the tenants don't perform any maintenance on the pool. We have used three other pool service companies prior to engaging Assured, and they all were horrible. When the freak hail/rain storm hit last summer the pool filled with mud and rocks from the landscape areas of the yard, Randy made the time to make sure that the pool was cleaned up quickly since our tenant was having a pool party the next weekend. We would highly recommend this pool contractor for any type of pool maintenance/service.

I found Assured Pool & Spa from a friend who had recently hired them. They spoke so highly of them I thought I'd give them a try. THIS is the best thing I ever did. My pool was a mess the old company came when they wanted, used more chemicals than needed and my filters were so dirty it took 2 guys to lift them out (to think I was swimming with water filtered through that). Within 1 week Assured Pool had my pool completely turned around and on the right course. They know what they are doing and keep me informed by showing me and explaining why. They never make me feel stupid either in fact they encourage my questions. They are also VERY fair with pricing I now have peace of mind knowing I am getting quality service and dependability. The old saying you get what you pay for is so very true! Don't be fooled by cheap prices trust me those companies are not worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but Assured Pool and Spa deserves one. I have been using them for the last 8 years and we couldn't be happier. Randy, the owner, is the most honest genuine person I know and you can completely trust what he says and does pertaining to the care and upkeep of your pool. My pool always looks in amazing condition and any issues are promptly addressed. I will use them for as long as I have a pool and will ALWAYS recommend them highly!

The people at Assured Pool & Spa is a family operated and owned company. I am a senior and I told them about my limited money situation. They were very professional and not only did the work for me but also gave me a price that was very affordable. The work was done in a timely matter and very much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done to a Pool, Spa or Waterfall. They also gave me a three year warranty on the pump and one year on the work that was done.

Our pool filter was leaking and my husband had tried everything to fix it. I called Assured Pools and spoke to Sharon who turned out to be the owner. She was delightful and very helpful. Even though they were booked solid that week, she squeezed us in to access what we were dealing with. Her sons, who are a part of the family business, were so polite and helpful. They informed us the filter housing was warped and it would not be cost effective to fix due to age. We were already having trouble getting filters for it due to its age. We were offered a really great price on another much newer model that they had. We knew it was a great deal as we had already been pricing them out. Our pool filter was original to the home so it was time anyway. They came back on Monday morning and everything was complete within an hour. They even rerouted some PVC pipes that were installed at an awkward angle originally. We are very pleased with this company from the outstanding customer service, to the wonderful job they performed! Honest and reliable 5 stars!

Every week Assured Pool & Spa Service comes to clean our pool. They are consistent with the day and time and communicate and respond quickly to all questions I may have, including purchasing new equipment or learning something about our pool. Staff is very friendly and reminds me to add water when I am forgetful. Every week I can count on them to do a good job and leave our pool sparkly clean, ready for swimming.
