hey did a wonderful job! Jemane arrived on time, he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job. We will let everyone we know that Action Garage Door is the place to go! The owner was also very professional and returned all of our calls.

My garage door failed to open on Sunday morning. I was leery of using the pull cord due to loose wires hanging from the mechanism. Action Garage Doors arranged to send someone as soon as they finished with another job.  Mike arrived even earlier than expected and had the door repaired in a short period of time. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.  He inspected all of the working parts of the door to make sure that there were no other problems. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided. The additional cost for service on Sunday was minimal. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible, took time off and cleared somethings out of the way so they could have easy access 3 different times.

We had purchased an Angie's Deal that covered inspection, lubrication, and the installation of new rollers.  This garage door had not been serviced in 20 years at least (our tenure in the house).  The average lifespan of the spring is 7 to 10 years.  We had had a spring break on a garage door in a different house, so we decided to have the spring replaced proactively. 
At NO time did we feel we were subjected to an upsell. Reuben Garcia, the technician who came to our house, told us that it was common for cables to become frayed over the course of 20+ years of use.  After inspecting the door, he told us that  - amazingly - our cables looked fine and so did the pulleys.  He was very clear that it would be perfectly OK just to wait until the spring actually failed before replacing it.  Since the spring can fail with the door in either the up or down position, and if it were to fail in the up position especially, we would want that fixed ASAP, we decided to replace the spring proactively.
The price quoted included a 10 year warranty on replaced parts and labor.
I cannot emphasize enough how positive this transaction was.  The technician was very pleasant to work with and very professional.  We would absolutely deal with this company again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

This was a special through Angie's list. I paid for the special this morning and was surprised to get a response that morning with an afternoon opening. The tech Mike arrived promptly and lubricated and balanced the doors. Work completed with no problems

Excellent service.  When arrived, thought it was for an estimate.   No way.  He immediately started repairs.  My inside door control was corroded and not working.  He fixed and repositioned it for better protection.  When the damaged track was diagnosed, he returned within a day to replace it.  I will highly recommend Action Garage Door to all.

Super fast response.  I called in the morning when the door wouldn't go up and it was fixed by around 2:00 pm! Jeremy and Ruben were courteous and efficient.

They came on time, were professional, and did a great installation.  I did research on the garage door opener they were installing and mentioned to the installer that it had good reviews but could be somewhat noisy.  He informed me that since they ran out of those openers, I received an upgrade and it isn't noisy at all.  Very please dwith product, installation, and professionalism.

Was very punctual about time. During the tune up it was apparent the provider was extremely knowledgable about the system which was installed. Was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency and knowledge. Would highly recommend!!

Came out on short notice and is working long days to meet substantial demand.  Gets a lot of business from Angies List.  Very friendly, professional and service oriented.  Not a single complaint about Action.  I did have the luck of the owner, Dave, doing the work.  Brought all the parts with him without knowing what the problem might be.  Found the problem quickly and worked very, very efficiently to get the work done in about one hour.  Rushed off at 4 pm to tackle another four or five jobs before going home. I only gave a B on price without knowing what other service providers might charge.  One hour labor, two springs, several bearings, and about ten or twelve rollers. 

The installers, Jeremy and Ruben, were very professional and thorough. They explained all my options up front for the installation as well as went through the operation of the openers.  The installation took about 8 hours over a two day period which was less than I anticipated.

Someone went  through the garage door with a vehicle and roof top car carrier. The door came unhinged, the rails bent, the rollers popped, the hinges twisted and the door wire did a fishing pole reel twist. So Jerame came out  at the scheduled time. He told us our options and we chose the max one because the door has always given us problems. He replaced the spring and centered it- for some reason the middle of the springs was offset from the garage door center. He replaced all the little hinges with larger, sturdier ones. He replace all the rollers with new rollers. After he worked on the door---WOW! The door goes up and down quietly- previously it sounded like a rattle-trap and the door closes- he straightened out the door and adjusted it and the air openings were gone and so are the weights- they are no longer needed!  It works great. He was friendly, always told us what he was doing and why= very professional. Not a slacker at all.

David (owner) called when he said he would and worked well around our schedule. He was very helpful and professional and installed our door with care. He even had a door to match the color of our house :)

Jeremy is the best.  Excellent service, fast, efficient, neat and pleasant.  I wouldn't think of using anyone else.  Thank you Jeremy!

We weren't here when the work was done.  It was completed without incident, and he charged us exactly what we agreed on.

The tech arrived on time, and performed the work in a bit over one hour.  Done.

Everything was done in a timely manner by a professional. When I had a small problem that probably wasn't created by the work that was done, the Owner of the company personally came out to my house. He pointed out a sensor out of place, and quickly fixed the problem.
I have never seen any owner of a company who is so dedicated, customer oriented and concerned that any and all work be done correctly and that the customer be fully satisfied.
Any future garage door work will definitely be done by Action Garage Door.

Our garage door was VERY noisy... would stick going up in Winter and would have to manually raise it.
He diagosed the problem and fixed it, works great now.

Jerame did the work and we were very impressed.  He was wonderful and really went above and beyond.  He stayed and worked on it until he got it just so.  He took his time to make sure everything looked and worked right and cleaned up after the job.  We have used them before, so we knew it would be a good experience, but this even exceeded our expectations.
