Action Garage Door Company

I was impressed on how quickly they showed up to my house.  I had called around 4:00 pm to schedule an repair.  Jerame and Joseph had arrived at 5:30 pm to get my garage fixed and back into working order.  They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable.  If I have any problems with my garage door, I would not hesitate to call them back.

Jeremy was very professional and made sure we understood all of the options available.   He installed the new door and opener, had everything running smoothly under 4 hrs.  He hauled away the old door and made sure the garage was clean before he left.

Called Action first to install the two controls which I purchased.  Arrived promptly at the time promised.  After the installation went so smoothly and the old controls were hauled away.  It was decided to hire this company to completely rebuild both garage doors, one is a single car and the other is a double car door.  Very happy and impressed at how well the work was preformed......Would hire this company again...

They showed up exactly on time for the estimate.  He made the job "done right" by replacing some warped framing. This company exceeded my expectations of quality and price.   They made my life easier and I really love my garage doors .... something  I've never paid attention to before.

The owner immediately returned my call and visited the same day to make an estimate.  When I described the problem I was having with the old door, he offered to fix it for far less than buying a new door.  However, I wanted a new door of higher quality than the old one, including windows.
The installer arrived on the agreed upon morning and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, taking extra time to verify the door was opening/closing properly . . . which now, two months following installation, it continues to do!

Initial response was quick.  Work performed was right on target for what needed to be done.  The service provider certainly knew what he was doing.

Dave did a great job. Both times he came, for the estimate and for the actual install, he arrived when he said he would, called ahead to advise of his arrival.  He gave me a fair estimate and did an excellent job.  Added weatherstripping all around the outside of the door at no extra charge.  I felt his price was very reasonable since I had paid over half that amount for just two panels of a much cheaper model last year.

The experience was great. David the owner was honest, and explained exactly what was needed. They went out of their way to pick up a part an get the job done. His sound work ethic is what is missing in most business's today. I won't hesitate to pass on his name to anyone.

Dave was a referral from my painter, Julio.  I called Dave, and he worked me into his Saturday schedule, even though his son was going to prom.  Dave showed up on time, ready to work.  He evaluated the door, and stated that I needed only an adjustment of the spring, and cables, and said he would maintenance everything.  I insisted the track was off, and he told me he would replace it, but promised me it really didn't need to be done.  It would be another 50.00, but he didn't want to take my money.  After he explained how the door worked, from start to finish, I felt more comfortable with knowing he was right, and I didn't need to worry that the door needed more than it did.  He performed the work in a highly professional manner, and I was happy to see that he not only checked the goor, but the opener, and the 2nd single door I have.  He explained how the previous homeowner installed his own opener, and that there was other stuff that could be wrong in the future, and fully educated me on why I didn't need a new spring.  He replaced some hinges for free, and explained to me very clearly how other installers take advantage of their clients.

Bottom line, Dave could have taken advantage of my fear and lack of knowledge, and charged me hundreds of dollars.  Instead, he did only what was necessary, and gave me good info, which is priceless. 

It doesn't get any better than this.  I couldn't be happier, and I have lots of family and friends that will be given his information.  I hope that by putting the word out about his quality of work and work ethics, he can continue to work his business, and still have some time to spend with his family on the weekends.
