Description of Work: Replaced bathroom faucet with a new one we had bought; re-set toilet on a double seal to stop a leak at the base; changed filter under kitchen sink. There was a follow-up visit on the 16th because of a leak under the new faucet in the cold water piping, which hadn't appeared at the time of installation,. He came promptly to tighten and stop the leak. Can't remember the cost, but it was reasonable.
