I am very happy with the level of professionalism and
customer care provided here. This was my first visit to this office, and I
already have scheduled my other cat to be seen next week.
I took Zelda in for a wellness check, a rabies shot, bloodwork, and to get her
nails trimmed, and I was seen very shortly after arrival. The appointment was
handled very professionally, and I am very satisfied with the way my cat was
treated her. So much so, that I have scheduled my other cat, Cletus, to be seen
next week.
The doctor checked over my cat Zelda very thoroughly, and it was determined that
she had an abscess on one tooth and possibly more dental problems. Explains the
stinky breath. I am thankful that the doctor took the time to explain Zelda?s situation
and provide me with all the options for treatment. She showed me the tooth in
question, and it is clear that the work needs to be done. I was provided with a
broken-down treatment plan for Zelda?s dental issues and I will be having the
work done within the next few weeks to ensure my cat is not in pain anymore
from a sore tooth.
I cannot recommend this doctor and this clinic more.

As with many people with pets, our dog, Kandi, was an extension of our family. In the 18 months that we've lived here the doctors and team at Arrighetti were sensational. We often boarded Kandi there when we traveled, knowing she'd have excellent care. When Kandi's health took a precipitous turn for the worst several weeks back, the staff at Arrighetti handled helping us make the difficult decision to end her life with the upmost respect and care. About a week after we had to euthanize Kandi, we received a sympathy card signed by the staff – many with personalized notes about Kandi – clearly showing they spend time getting to know their four-legged patients. Would strongly recommend Arrighetti Animal Hospital to anyone in the Santa Fe area...simply can't say enough good things about everyone there.

Despite a sad diagnosis, my cat and I were well taken care of by this Vet Clinic and were checked on by the doctor a week later. We appreciate the care.

Vet very nice. Exam went smoothly. Called as a follow up with test results as promised.

Calling for an appointment was quick and easy. Checking in was also quick and easy. We were taken into the exam room exactly on time. My dog and I were first seen by a Vet Tech who did the initial exam and wrote down my concerns and questions.

Then the Doctor came in and gave my dog a more in depth exam and talked with me about my concerns for my desire to give my dog a good quality of life and ways to improve our enjoyment of each other. She then addressed all of my questions.

Checking out and paying were also quick and easy.

I am very impressed with every employee - their attitudes, abilities, kindness, empathy and their demonstrated desire to assist each pet and person in maintaining good health and a high quality of life.

I most highly recommend this Vet to every person who desires the best for their pet.

They are excellent.

They have always taken good care of the dogs. We have no dislikes. It is easy to get an appointment. We have had the same vet for years, so they have consistency in their provider status. There is no turnover in the vets. It is clean. We think they are more expensive than others but it is worth it. We would continue to use them in the future.
