They were good. They gave us an estimate and they returned to time. I would tell someone that we only had one experience and that experience was fine. They did a good job and I'm happy about their knowledge about automobile.

Thank goodness I found this shop!!!
Another shop had performed work on my truck in August; that repair failed as I was driving through New Mexico. I called Meineke and described my problem, and explained that I was traveling; I spoke with Ramon, who told me to come on in and they would take care of it.
When I arrived at the shop, Ramon made sure my truck was on the rack quickly - he told me they would get me right out, as he knew I was traveling. Unfortunately, the repair took much longer than anticipated because of shoddy repair work in August - bolts had to be tapped out and it was time-consuming. Ramon (who is the co-owner of the shop) kept me fully apprised of the progress and problems; we also discovered the u-joints needed to be replaced, which was a blessing to me - I could have been stranded
or worse had the u-joints failed while I was driving.
While it's never pleasant to be faced with the hassle and expense of car problems, it's very worrisome when you are in a strange town and you and quot;take your chancesand quot; with a repair facility. EVERYONE at this Meineke was exceptional!!! The technicians were polite, professional, thorough and friendly. Ramon was an absolute delight - he willing and cheerfully showed me the repairs in process and made every effort to ensure that I felt comfortable with the work being done. I HIGHLY recommend this shop
