broke lots of stuff and didn't care. about 13,000 of my stuff is missing. Please save yourself heartache. Do not Do not Do not use!

The move itself was great.  The person we had to deal with for the estimates and what would be done was not as great.  They gave us false expectations.

They were late in arriving and rescheduled for the next day and they arrived on time. They had 2 people. Apparently, the second guy was inexperienced. The senior guy told me to call the office and get somebody out there and I did so. I guess the owner showed up. I had several things broken. I had a vase that was kind of unusual, I can't replace that and it was broken. A bookcase was broken. I was expecting a job that would go 4 hours; it went all day. They didn't finish anything until like 5:30 in the afternoon. I left like I had explained that the things are all in boxes, there's furniture, and it's a move less than 10 miles across town.The other things that happened is that I have a very large TV and part of that piece had some little glass windows that had metal pieces on the edges with magnet. During the move, they lost that little piece on the side of this glass. And I called and I never even got a call back, not even a courtesy call that they had checked the back of the truck to see if they could find it for me. Now the little glass door won't close. It was 5:30 in the afternoon and the guy said he's going to take a little discount on the broken things and I thought he said he was going to take 3 or 5% off the total bill. Anyway, he ended up giving me $35 and this was my fault, I was just exhausted. I took the bill, gave him the check and didn't look at it closely until later and then realized that all he had given me for tho broken things was $35. I just really felt like that's just not right. I didn't call and make complaints because I didn't have time. It was done, it was over, I have my stuff back in my house. I would not recommend them to anybody. I don't think they know exactly what they were doing. I don't think they took care of my stuff. It was just a really rough move from start to finish. It should have been simple because it's just a storage unit to a house. They don't have to pack anything or move anything out of the house.

It went excellent. They helped a little bit with packing. They were very knowledgeable.
