I was very pleased with Chris' work. He was able to come out just hours after I called and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Things have been working just fine since, and he called the next day to make sure everything was okay. I will gladly use his services again.

Chris was terrific. He immediately responded to my call, diagnosed the problem after a thorough examination of my heater, and immediately repaired it. He had to leave to purchase a part, and returned right away. His invoice was easy to pay online, and the price was fair. I highly recommend him.

Chris was prompt, reasonably priced, clean, and did wonderful work. He was friendly and very professional.

It was a very simple job that any plumber can do with eyes closed. But Cypress showed up promptly on time, did the job right away and charged a very reasonable amount. I will definitely call them again.

Chris Blea came out within 2 hours and discovered a mouse had chewed the wiring. He was able to change out the wiring within 30 minutes. His pricing was fair and he also came back the same day to install a new thermostat. Other companies who responded said they would charge 150. an hour just to come out (Chris comes free of charge) others said they could be there in 2-3 days, but we all know AC issues can’t wait that long! I’m from TX and have learned that quality/competent workers are a rarity in NM. I can’t recommend Cypress Heating & AC highly enough!

He is excellent. He is on time. He looks like a plumber. He is awesome and gets dirty. He crawls under the house, and fixed the pipes, and does just what I wanted. He is willing to come to Los Alamos, which is extremely hard to find. There isn't an office girl. You call his phone and leave an message. He will call you. He won't take call while he is working for someone else. He charges by the hour. I like Chris. I told somebody else to use him. Bless his heart. Every man needs an heater in their man cave. Other than that we will come inside the house. I am 65, and I don't like being in the crawl space. I crawl, but I can't get up.

He didn't succeed the first time, he had to come back. The price was reasonable.
