Went well. took a while, but our jeep was a rare one with a diesel and hard to diagnose since there isn't a large knowledge base for it. They were tenacious though and the problem got fixed.

They were courteous and friendly. They informed me of the possible costs range up front and the final bill was within the range given. The service did take a lot longer than they stated. They said it would be about an hour and a half. I decided to remain on site for the duration of the service. They did offer to give me a ride to the office or home. I declined and waited. The service took over two hours. They did apologies for the delays.

Pulled in on a Fri. afternoon without an appointment and described a intermittent problem as well as my maintenance issue. I was attended to right away and even driven home during the test drive. My shifting problem could not be duplicated but the maintenance work was performed as well as a band tightened. The truck was finished on time and the charge was more then reasonable. The staff was friendly and very helpful during the entire process.

They rebuilt a transmission for me and 9 months later my son was out of state with the vehicle and the transmission failed they hired someone else out of town to repair it at their expense. They stood behind their warranty even though it cost them $1000 out of pocket. They are very competent.
