Looked up furnace repair on Angi asked for quote. Steve called me shortly after that on a Sunday. Made an appointment for 7am the next day. Steve was early. Immediately inspected and identified the issue. Made adjustments explained the reason for each adjustment where I could understand what he was doing. Ran test for Carbon monoxide, after the adjustments on the Furnace. I could hear the difference in the sound of the furnace and could feel the airflow more efficiently in the vents. Definitely knew what he was doing. Do not normally make 5 star reviews. Will use Steve again for furnace work.

Steve was very professional, it was middle of the hot summer and my AC at my doggy daycare gave out, he came that same day and by the next day we had 2 new units and our dogs were super happy! He even added a vent to one of the rooms that had no vents! He saved our dogs from being in the heat!! He also came back and replaced out water heater that gave out as well. Heâ s very professional and super knowledgeable and taught us how to keep or units in tip top shape!

Our AC went out during the heatwave this year. The company that came out said they couldnt find the oart in town and it would take them over a week to fix it due to them being booked. My husband is on oxygen so the heat was affecting his health. I called RR HVAC and spoke with Steve about our issue and my concerns about my husband's health.. Steve was able to locate the part I needed and said he could swing by on his way to another appointment and install it quickly so we could restore our AC. He went way above and beyond to help us and saved my husband from getting sick and weak from the high temperatures that were making it hard for him to breath. Steve is knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. I have been referring him to everyone I know and highly recommend him.
