The work was high-quality, affordable, and efficiently performed. From the estimate to completion, communication was kind and professional (made me feel like family!). It was hard choosing a company to trust with replacing my roof but I’m very glad I went with Alliance. I’d recommend them to a friend or family member.

My experience with alliance construction was amazing. From the first contact with Build Options NM the process was extremely smooth, they were there the next day to look at the project and estimate cost. Everything from negotiating pricing  to scheduling the work was great. The crew matched the new stucco perfectly to the existing color; we could not be happier!

The crew was very professional and punctual. Build options owner was always there every step of the way for any questions I had, and made sure workers kept a clean job site throughout the length of the project. 

My experience with Build Options NM and Ernst Frederkind was absolutely wonderful and I am so happy with the way my home office came together. This company is great at what they do!

We hired Build Options based on a referral and price quote. A new roof. Part of the agreement was to have a large solar panel taken off the roof and removed from the property. Upon getting the roof complete Mike Croce who was my initial contact guaranteed me the panel would be removed. The day the roof was done Mike called me asking about full payment. The owner of the home lived out of state and I assured Mike he would be paid asap. Meanwhile I made contact with the owner about paying up. I had not gone to the home as of yet so little did I know the panel was in the driveway. This being the case, the job was actually NOT done. I immediately called Mike Croce to inquire why the panel was there and his response was that he was told by his "subcontractors" that it was gone. It wasn't ! He assured me he would make the call and have it picked up. I went to the property the next day as he said it would be gone... This went on for over a week! Maybe 5-7 calls later and still panel in drive I wrote this email hoping to finally get the job done: Hello, per agreement of removal of solar panel: I have made at least 5-7 requests to have this taken off the property. If it is still there when I bring Wilmer today I will submit a negative critique to Angie's list, post about poor business practices on both Albuquerque FB real estate pages and send out an email to my 700 local contacts about your unprofessionalism that has takin place ... I find it Ironic that you Mike were on my a** like flies on s*** for your second payment the very next day the job was complete when A. I am not even the client and B. The job wasn't done because the solar panel removal was part of the job. How sad I have to waste my time to get this task complete!!! ............the response from them was that I was cussing at them and I was threatening them! All I expected was a job that was guaranteed to be done, done. The first 5 attempts I made were of respect and care. (Even though the way Mr Croce went about trying to get paid for a job not complete was unprofessional and rude) but by the 7th call and the panel still there.... My anger level rose!I ended up having to pay 100dollars to have the panel picked up from a third party. Mike and Build Options NM have ignored my attempts to get a conclusion. Now I just hope the roof passes a good home inspection!
