We went into Home Furniture on 8/24/2012 looking for new recliners. I have three medical problems which needed to be addressed when considering which chairs to purchase. Our sales person, Chris, was very friendly, professional, and knew his products very well. He showed us a couple of chairs but recommended one style in particular. He had me sitting in it for at least a half hour to make sure it met my needs; which it did. We ordered the two chairs and arranged to have them delivered. They were delivered, a day early. They called to arrange delivery and arrived 5 minutes early. The delivery men were so nice; they even moved the existing two chairs to two different places in our home.
Description of Work: Purchased 2 recliner chairs from them. Had medical issues to address. The sales person, Chris, was so professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable about all his products and was easily able to accommodate my medical issues. We purchased the 2 chairs on 8/24/2012 ; the chairs were built and delivered to us on 9/20/2012.
