It was a week of torrential rains and roofing companies were swamped with calls, I am sure.  Progreen somehow was able to get to us the next day, kept us informed about arrival, and were thoroughly professional in every way.  Frank and his associate stopped the leaks totally and saved us a lot of expensive damage inside our home, even though a light rain had started by the time they finished.  They showed us a photograph of the patched areas, which were where the roof changed from one level to another.
Luis, the owner, later called us and explained that the roofing in that area had composite material just bent over the angle when installed, instead of flashing being applied for long life.
We will definitely have them back to apply a long term solution.  Meanwhile, it has rained heavily since the repair and no leaks have developed.  We plan to use Progreen for minor refinishing of the inside walls and all future roofing needs.

I called this provider for a bid for repairing my roof leak. There was no answer, and I left a message for him to call me. He never called back. Therefore, I used another roofer.

I called in the morning and the roof was repaired that day! They showed me photos of the places that required maintenance. I was given choices of repair work and selected the one I could afford. They discovered a leak in the cooler line to one of the coolers and went ahead and repaired it for nothing so I didn't have to pay for a repairman to fix it. I will definitely call them again.

He was very nice and very good.They had to add wood all along to replace where gutters would go and also painted it.  Her cooler was really rusty and they told her she would have to have another one so that was replaced.  They were very professional and cleaned up everything everyday. It was immaculate. His team were very much gentleman.  They fixed anything they had to fix because the roof was really bad. The workers that were there were calm and nice. We were nervous, but the guy that gave us the job said to not worry about things and they would fix it. They did everything right and when a pipe broke; things like that happen.

Luis and Art was professonial thru the whole process.  Helpful and polite was excellent to work with.  Guarantee roof will not leak. Unfortantly we have not had any rain..  This day and time its hard to find a contractor that is honest and guarantees there work.

My experience was good.  I have no complaints.  Everybody was really professional, really helpful and polite.  I didn’t compare a lot of prices so I would say they were good on price.

Luis Gabaldon visited  the same day I called to evaluate what I wanted done. He provided a complete written estimate with plan to begin work on 1-31 with my approval.
Two workers arrived on time, and worked diligently to complete a partial replacement  the roof of a Barn/Garage, remove an air-conditioner roof jack from my residence, and replace a couple of leaking skylights. Cleanup was thorough and complete. All in all a nice job, on time and at the same price as the estimate.

From the time I called, had an estimate done and had the job completed, was not more than 10 days.  They provided me with information neccessary for my insurance company, they forwarded their estimate & necessary information to my insurance company, thus expediting receipt of refund from my insurance.  Workers were on-site a few minutes early from scheduled appointment, were beginning work by the time scheduled and worked continuously until the job was completed in approximately 4 hours.  The only negative aspect to the whole experience was that the workers did not initially cover rose bushes & shrubery, below roof soffits, resulting in minor damage to one of the rose bush branches when they tossed old shingles & new shingle trimmings from the roof.  As soon as I brought this to the attention of the manager, he had them immediately cover all shrubbery necessary.....no permanent damage was sustained.  Their cleanup was astonishingly thorough, using a magnet to retrieve nails from around the building, to include approximately 20 feet beyond the building.  Workers went around the work area numerous times, retrieving even the smallest pieces of debris (some as small as 1/4").  Since completion of the job, a month ago, we have found only a few minute pieces of shingle and one round nail backing.  Overall, the experience was one of the best I have had, with this type of project.  Workers, as well as management, were extremely friendly, courteous & responsive.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.

ProGreen was excellant to work with from the first contact. ProGreen assisted with our insurance adjuster to work out an equitable adjustment on our old 20 year old roof. Their technicians recommended sound, cost effective and arractive solutions to the problem area where our flat back porch joins our pitched roof. Despite high winds, installation proceeded on schedule and well under other bids for a metal roof. Installers assisted in moving my antenna and errecting a stand alone tower. Yard was clean after installation. ProGreen was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a roof replacement.
