Mr Papez was early for our appointment and had our skylite fixed before I could blink an eye.

Their first response was fast as was the way they did the job. It was finished ahead of time. Was given several options for the repair, did not try to up sell me. Were very good to deal with. Took pictures of before to show me what the problem was and after the repair. In general a very good experience.

Finding a reliable company who will do required work on a short schedule is difficult, especially when you are new to a community. In finding Jim Papez I feel especially lucky. We had a roof leak that needed to be repaired quickly. Rain was coming down on electronics and living room sofa. Jim got his workmen out quickly and did the work. Bu,t several weeks later, we found that we still had the leak. I was worried that he wouldn't come back again. I didn't need to be concerned because he sent his workmen back and they stayed until the work was done to my satisfaction. We are going to hire him to do some additional work to finish a remodel.

The job was completed on schedule at the agreed upon price. Our problems are solved.

Professional, always on time, and kept me informed via email throughout the project (flat roof, three skylights, and tile roof repair). Would hire again.

I had a couple other firms bid the job (not from Home Adviisor). They were more interested in adding to their profits than they were working within my insurance proceeds. Jim P. bid the job in accordance with insurance adjuster's estimate, and within the constraint of the proceeds. In addition, his crew was onsite when promised, and was extremely professional, as a whole. VERY satisfied with them and their work.

This was all done by emails, since I am a non-resident owner of a rental property in Las Cruces. I got his name from a general contractor there. The work he did was fast and looks excellent!. During the roof rehab, he kept me informed and answered any questions promptly. He took video and pictures for me to show his work. I would certainly use James again.

Fabulous experience. Got the insurance to pay when other roofers failed. My roof is a significant feature of my home. After months of the insurance company declining, I now have a gorgeous new roof with a lifetime guarantee against tile defects! Very few roofers understand clay tile. These guys were amazing. I wanted solar tube skylights where I had never had them before. Jim did a professional job and they do not detract from the beauty of the roof. Jim also replaced the outside portion of vegas. It was a tricky job. Well done.

First, I would like to say that Jim was in touch with me within 45 minutes of my request for a contractor. That alone , I have found, Is a rarity these days. I am so pleased with the entire project from start to finish. Jim really is a pleasure to do business with. His work crew is talented and professional and Jim was constantly in touch with me making sure the project was on schedule. He did what he said he would do, the way he said he would do it , at the price he quoted for doing it. Nice job Jim....pleasant, non stressful experience.

Jim and his crew do good work. Jim is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. He recommended silicone instead of elastomeric stating that it was a better product for our flat roof issues. He built up the roof around all of the roof drains to help eliminate the ponding issue. He then applied the silicone to seal the roof and stop the one leak that had just appeared. He also applied silicone to the front covered porch roof, the back covered patio roof and the casita roof. There was some delay due to weather, but overall it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Jim to any and all.

Two years ago, I purchased a house and wanted the interior completely remodeled before I moved in. Jim was recommended to me as a general contractor who could make it happen.
