We hired Jim to do following; power wash existing flat roof, apply Uniflex Silicon 44 to roof and with polyester fabric to the complete roof as well as transitions and flashings.Top notch job..They also painted the exterior of the house and replaced 12 inch diameter roof supports...all work was done to bid and completed on time

We hired Papez to do following; power wash existing flat roof, apply Uniflex Silicon 44 to roof and with polyester fabric to transitions and flashings. Final cost was higher than estimate due to requirement to use more Silicon 44 than originally planned. Work was well done and area was thoroughly cleaned after completion. Papez arrived on time every time, despite 100 degree heat, took me up on roof and explained every step. Highly recommend him.

Repair work to flat portion of roof was done as well as repair to the inside of the ceiling from water damage. Contractor provided pictures throughout roof repair process which gave us confidence that the repair was done well. Work done was good quality and we are happy with it. Expectations were exceeded.

They were very professional. Went over every step of the process with me, explaining everything in depth, and afterwards took me up on the roof and went over all the work performed.

I communicated with James related to my sister-in-laws roof replacement. she did hire him to do the work. he advises his rates tend to be high but he does first class work. he provided photos of the repaired sheathing and finished composition shingles. the work appeared to be satisfactory. he operates as a general contractor and subcontracts the actual work to other craftsmen.
