Before James installed the new roof I had leaks from about 5 different places with moderately strong rains. After the new roof, no leaks at all.The roof has gone through several very heavy rains without a drop of leakage. Everything was professionally done. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've used James twice now remotely, so Have never even met him. He came on advice of a contractor in Las Cruces that I trust. Both times were for hail or storm damage to the roof. James kept me informed, coordinated with my tenants, and sent in pictures of his work after completed. Almost a painless experience!

James was prompt in responding to our call and was very professional. He was true to his word about time frame for the project and if there were any delays he kept us informed. His crew was equally considerate. The roof coating came out very well and stucco cracks and repair to the parapets look good. Only small criticism would be that the crew got their coated footprints on our front sidewalk and artificial turf where they came down the ladder. If needed I would definitely hire James again

I hired Mr. Papez to install a new roof after having 4 other contractors look at it. He was more knowledgable about what needed to be done and pointed out various aspects of not only what was needed but why. The roof is 25 years old and two of the contractors who looked at it just wanted to put silicone on top of a leaking roof. The crews that Mr. Papez subcontracts with for the work are hard workers who show up early and do professional work. All concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and, icing on the cake, Mr. Papez also had the best price.

This was the 2nd job we have hired mr. Paper for. Both jobs done well with attention to quality and execution. Will consider hiring again for remodel work.

Consider using this company for the following reasons: We were in a sea/saw situation while selling our property, with home inspections/buyer negations. James was gracious and so understanding as time passed. The time for closing was fast approaching. He came and the worked was finished prior to closing. All this was done by phone, text, email while I was in lock down with COVID, two states away.

I was hesitant to hire someone to hire my roof as I live 2000 miles away. However, James sent pictures before and after, answered all my questions, and was pleasant and professional.

They showed up on time and wasted no time in getting the roof powerwashed, and when the roof had time to dry over a week-end got right to work getting the roofing sealant delivered onto the roof and then going right to work. It is wonder that the company is getting rave reviews. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had lots of problems with a flat roof... having put up with 30 years of leaks and repairs. Now, no more what with the application of this white silicon roofing material which is poured and then spread over the roof to bring the roof level up to the level of the canales so that rainwater can run out unimpeded. Jim and his crew helped me redo my bathroom. The bathroom was not well constructed, either by the original contractor or the previous owner's handiwork. The last real work on the bathroom was no less than 30 years ago. This is a modest wood framed and stucco home, 50-60 years old. Some of the shower tiles had cracked and water was leaking from the stall into the bathroom and also from the stall to outside the house. The previous owners had opted to carpet the bathroom rather than address the flooring problems. The walls on the former shower stall were constructed from drywall that had not been coated with waterproofing underneath the tiles and became spotted by mildew over the years. Insulation had never been installed in one of the exterior shower walls. The stall had been tiled to a height of six feet. Jim replaced the shower foundation, rebuilt the step into the stall, walled the stall with more durable materials and coated it with a waterproof sealant. The new stall was then retiled to the ceiling. They installed the new vanity and countertop, the new mirror, the new light fixture and new bathroom fixtures. Additionally they installed new insulation for the exterior walls, added a safety bar in the shower and repainted the entire room. The tiling job was particularly outstanding and I have received many compliments. All the work met my expectations and was performed in a timely manner. Jim handled problems that arose promptly and professionally. He was very easy to work with and I had several pleasant off-topic conversations with him. He saved me some money by encouraging me to personally contract the new shower stall installation and the new vinyl floor installation with local companies. Jim's bid on my project was several thousand dollars lower than another estimate that I received. I will call on him again, perhaps a roofing project next time.

They came on the day scheduled. They completed the work in short order. And cleaned up afterwards. And the price quoted was a fair one. I will use them again.
