James Papez worked very hard to get the insurance company to pay my claim. When they denied the claim, he did the Elastomeric Coating and repaired my front porch. Understanding that I am a disabled Veteran and limited on funds, Mr. Papez reworked the project in several different ways to fit into my budget. The job was accomplished in a timely manner and with extreme attention to detail. I am more that satisfied with the work and the people employed by Papez Construction. Professional courteous and polite. I give JAMES PAPEZ CONSTRUCTION the highest possible recommendations and will pass his name to my friends. Mr. Papez, after inspecting my roof following a hail storm, recommended re-applying the elastomeric coating and re-sealing my numerous skylights. It is an older roof that has lasted for 23 years thus far - the work was done promptly, thoroughly, and I very much appreciated the time Mr. Papez spent discussing the process, and what my options are for the future. He also took photos so that I could see what the roof looked like once the work was finished. I will definitely be a return customer when the need arises.

I had hired a local roofer to fix my roof after having hail damage. After 3 weeks of excuses and lack of communication I fired that company and hired James Papez Const. He immediately called me and had his crew at my house a day later. Wonderful customer service and communication as well as doing an excellent job.

I needed more than just skylights fixed, I also needed my roof fixed from a hailstorm. The response was prompt and right on the money as far as what needed to be done. Jim then got right to work and made arrangements with people and materials. The quality of work was very good such that I recommended him to some of my friends. He knows how to incorporate the small details such that any future repair work is minimized.
