At this time we are having "phase 2" of our backyard landscaping done. The yard is xeroscaped and today a large area of gravel, weed cloth and dirt were moved in preparation for the new design. We were very concerned about what typed of insects would be found during the process. NO scorpions, centipedes, millipedes, or signs of nests appeared or were found. There were a few, 2-3, roaches but you can't get away from them here in Las Cruces and they were dying. I was amazed and thrilled since I have "bugphobia".
We never find anything bug wise in our home except for an occasional little dead spider or roach and that's usually when the garage door into the house has been used quite a bit during the day.
Border Pest Control is a wonderful company to work with and they provide the type of service they advertise. We plan a continued relationship with them.

I always get an email about 2 weeks before the appointment, confirming the service and they give an approximate time, like today was between 9-11am. Then the technician also calls the day before to clarify if we want inside as well as outside done.
If it is just outside, we do not need to be home, but if inside of course we need to be here, so the "heads up" ahead of time is great.
When we 1st finished building, we had tarantulas outside and scorpions inside, and within one treatment , all disappeared.
Very professional and courteous technicians that come, and also very knowledgeable, when we had a smaller type beetle hanging around, he knew precisely what it was and how to get rid of it.
They are generally on time, and call if running late, which is a great plus.
can give them a A+ for service and professionalism.
Good company and will continue to use them.
And the billing is done online, with a credit card,which we choose to do for simplicity, so there is no need to write a check each time they come, or to be home to give it to them.

Henry treated the perimeter of our home before coming back inside to collect the necessary fee. This was different from other technicians that usually asked for payment before treatment outside so they could just leave when they were finished. Henry also gave my dog a milkbone on the sly which I thought was a sweet gesture.
I am hoping Henry will be available to do our next scheduled service. He provided professional, thorough, and knowledgeable service that represents Border Pest Control as it should be.
