After using a different shop, I was always returning for the next big repair job. I once asked the other shop to inspect my vehicle and within a few thousand miles I was being towed in for something they should have caught. I finally went to Off Again and asked them to inspect everything so that we could repair it all at once. They found a lot that the other outfit missed. We are repairing the truck now. Very professional.
